mark skinner Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 Bob , Very nice and relaxing song , I really Enjoyed it . Personally I wouldn't "release" one without sending it here first . I've made some pretty drastic improvements from the comments and suggestions from the pros here on the forum. mark
Paul Bush Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 Yes a simple song one might say but I´d say uncomplicated and tastefull, beautifully played, loved the acoustic guitars, and vocal cheers
noynekker Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 Bob . . . liked listening to this, great and natural acoustic feel to it . . . I should say that the level seems a bit lower than other online tunes I have heard here tonight, might want to address that ? . . . but I adjusted my volume very slightly, and enjoyed it a lot.
Bajan Blue Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 Bob - good track, i enjoyed the song and your delivery - liked your vocals As Noynekker said the level did seem a bit low Otherwise cool stuff Nigel
90 dB Posted May 16, 2021 Author Posted May 16, 2021 Thanks to everyone who listened and commented. I brought the level up a bit, and it sounds better now- thanks for letting me know it was too low. Regards, Bob 1
PhonoBrainer Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 What a beautiful song! One little thing that you might consider is a rephrasing of the words "in it" and "minute" around the :50 mark. My .02 centavos would be, it would be a stronger cadence to cut those two short, not sustained "innnnnnnnnn -it" as they are. Just a suggestion of course. Your melody really fits perfectly over those chords. Sweet tune. cheers, -Tom
