I cannot get steinberg.net to reset my password. I tried to contact them but alas it's a Catch-22. You need to log in to send a support request. Is anyone having trouble logging in to your account? The problem is that I *know* my password yet it tells me I have a bad password. I've requested a password reset and have waited hours for an email with a code to enter on the password reset screen. The email is not in my SPAM folder.

It's a decent program especially if you want that Steven Slate "sound". With gun to my head I'd take Toontrack (EZD/Sup 3) over Slate but fortunately that's not the case. ?

The password manager is a great idea but how does work if I sometimes use either my three computers or my phone to make purchases?

I'm due a free update but can't get on Steinbergs site. Says my password is incorrect (the very one I used the last time I logged in). I requested a password reset. They said it may take up to 5 minutes to receive the email with a code to enter. It's been over 3 hours and yes I did check my spam folder.
