Maybe it's their programming and examples to show the most radical thing you can do with a fretless vs a fretted bass.

Smarter minds may be able to describe it better. ?

Looks pretty good. Again at first glance $249 for Pro X5 Suite upgrade to Pro X6 Suite upgrade seems steep but not when you compare that to the Soundforge 14 and Spectral Layers 8 standalone upgrade prices.

The bummer about this train ride is I'm always one version behind on Soundforge since v15 is already available.

I imagine the EXBass MIDI will "work" with any EZBass model but would most likely not be as useful/meaningful if not used with the proper model (i.e. fretless).

My 43" Monitor has arrived and is nearly installed. It's on a side table and will be mounted properly on the desk soon.

Also, my split ductless A/C was installed yesterday and I'm the coolest guy in the house*

I just hovered my mouse over his handle in the BFD forum thread and a popup appeared with an envelope icon and I clicked on that. 

As of today, I'm pretty happy with transition from fxpansion to BFD Drums. Yeah there was some trivial pain but as most of you know this is my home studio so delays in installs are not lost revenue or customers for me.
