Tour de Farce has been underway for many years now.

From the bottom up:

200w per side power amp

Custom built input director

Alembic 2 ch preamp

SansAmp GED-2112 preamp

On top of the rack is a two way selector

The two way selector chooses either the Alembic or SansAmp preamp.
 

The input director can accept my Alembic Series 1 (far left 5 pin input), Stereo Out of Rick bass or any mono bass. In order for the mono bass to run there is a Mono/Stereo switch, it must be selected to Mono.

The input director also send the signals to the Alembic preamp.

Finally the input director powers on/off everything as it has AC inputs on the back so all the other units leave their power switches on 24/7 365. I did this mainly because the Alembic preamp's power switch is at the back of the unit.

I had click on "reconnect libraries" for the to show properly...now it just shows properly when I run it

I've done that like 3 or 4 times and no change. They continue to say "missing".

IMO James Jamerson and Bob Babbit were not simple players and they were the foundation of the Motown sound.

Hi I'm Bapu and I'm a plugaholic. I have most of the big name bass libraries except Trillian. I have 9 actual bass guitars and I've been playing bass for just 50 years now. As paulo will tell you, there's sumpin' wrong with this boy.

FWIW to me evertime I hear a track where the author touts Trillian used for the bass the sounds seem really stale. Not the performance, the sound. YMMV.

OK, this is whacky. Once updated on both Mac and Win:

On the Mac it tells me 27 of my products are in a collapsible category called Updates, While 3 of my remaining products are in a collapsible category called Installed.

I've hovered everywhere over any one of the "Updates" category and nothing happens. I've left the Installation Center open for hours and nothing updates or offer anything to click to actually update those products.

On Windows all products but two are in the collapsible category called Installed. Those other two are saying the libraries are missing.
