Back on topic. Installed.

I only have 13 DAWs now. 8 are fully cross-platform (Win & Mac), 4 are Win only (Mixcraft9, Samplitude X5 Suite, Acid Pro 9 and CbB) and 1 is Mac only (Logic Pro) The remainders are Reason 11, Digital Performer 10, Cubase 11.5, Mixbus v7, Mixbus 32C v7, Reaper (current), ProTools (current) and Studio One Pro v5.

Since I've only played with (up to) X5 Suite I'm thinking it's time jump this ship. No doubt it's a nice DAW but.....

So yesterday I noticed that I never purchased Timeless 2 (the shock, the horror, the embarrassment!) so I plucked it up. Today I get an email that I got the Timeless 3 upgrade for free. Yay.

Anyone notice the two Alembics in the bottom picture? Of course it's the same one in the top pic of JG by himself.

Tour de Farce has been underway for many years now.

From the bottom up: 200w per side power amp Custom built input director Alembic 2 ch preamp SansAmp GED-2112 preamp On top of the rack is a two way selector The two way selector chooses either the Alembic or SansAmp preamp. The input director can accept my Alembic Series 1 (far left 5 pin input), Stereo Out of Rick bass or any mono bass. In order for the mono bass to run there is a Mono/Stereo switch, it must be selected to Mono. The input director also send the signals to the Alembic preamp. Finally the input director powers on/off everything as it has AC inputs on the back so all the other units leave their power switches on 24/7 365. I did this mainly because the Alembic preamp's power switch is at the back of the unit.
