There are lots of sounds preinstalled in the preset browser when you open the instrument. When I put the serial number in initially there was a free set of White Noise samples there as well as lots of other sounds you had to pay for but then I realised the other free sounds were already in the instrument's browser!

Ignore my last comment - free stuff is coming up in the preset browser - I thought I had to dl it separately ?

All I'm getting for free is the White Noise Samples - am I missing something?

Just downloading this now - seems a very slow download especially as I've just upgraded my broadband - must be at their end I assume.

IIRC the free Vital is fully featured you just get more presets with the paid for versions. There are monthly community presets released so you can soon up your preset count!

I have a few from there already but I think this is probably the best so far. I was really pleased when the site adopted DS as an alternative to Kontakt for a significant number of sounds

I've been using Decent Sampler without any problems for a while but today CbB crashes when I try to load a project with a single instance of DS on a track. Other projects seem ok (though projects with ST4 and Syntronik have also been temperamental) . Anyone had similar problems? I've tried restarting the PC but doesn't help I have the latest version of CbB running under Windows 10. I've just added a couple of instruments to my DS library so may be something to do with those? Update - I can add DS to a new project so I'll create a new DS template and delete the one that won't open

Not sure if this is genuinely them judging by some comments on FB. It is very nice though and I would be very happy if it was them

No issues here. Looked at my NI account and there doesn't seem to be an option to set up 2 factor authorisation
