  1. I haven't played with Rapture or Z3ta2 in a long time....usually, I use Jam Origin's Midi Guitar to trigger those synths and love it. I do have an old GR09, but due to the responsiveness/setup, haven't used it in over 10 years now. Midi Guitar does it well. Really like all these ideas/suggestions to get the old creativity flowing.
  2. I recently got a couple of amp sims from Audio Assault (Bulldozer & Grind machine II) and have to say I really like these amps (heavy tones). Since John Maar mentioned Soundtoys, I put Echoboy (reverb patches) to the test and really good stuff. Will check out and see what other things Echoboy has to offer (has a lot of different fx/presets....quite a good plugin).
  3. It was me, me, me I finally got the ATH-M50x.
  4. Seems a bit complicated all this health talk......I had a Becan & egg sandwich (non GMO)
  5. Lol, I thought the same thing and said "man, he's got talent" I'm guessing it's just his favourite plugin.
  6. My apologies guys, I was thinking this thread was TH3 to TH-U when I posted. Please disregard my peanut gallery comments.
  7. My understanding is that TH-U should've been an update rather than an upgrade and not quite worth the 'upgrade' price. Is that a fair understanding?
  8. Ahhh....you're absolutely right Ed. Becan does a body good!!
  9. Hi mettelus! TBH, I'm not really looking for anything in particular but just wanted to see what "fun" plugins you guys use to get your creativity going.
  10. .....but, but, but all the exciting stuff happens in the CH no?
  11. I do have all their amps, but not any of the fx's. Not sure if these are any better than what I already have (with all the other amp sims/Sonar fx's etc..) or are any here that stand out??
  12. Good morning fellow forumites!! Today for breakfast, it's going to be Becan, eggs, and corned beef hash!!
  13. Good suggestions all, will definitely have to demo these. The only one I have out of all the suggestions is Tantra....which is really good on any sound source. About last week or so, there was a thread in the Deals section where people said was a fun tool to use, but I couldn't find it.
  14. Something that doesn't require to read the manual or have to spend time programming. Yes, something easy peasy for us non keyboardists.
  15. Everyone spells schnapps differently, but we all know what it means.
  16. If there's BECAN in it, it counts. Life is good. Good morning Gents!!
  17. If there's a backing track, I could certainly give it a go (on my guitar). This is every lead guitarist's dream......."we need a solo here".
  18. Hey, hey, hey, it's Happy Becan Day....oh yeah, Friday too. Go get some Becan and meet back at the watering hole.
  19. Fools seldom differ...... (ducking and running) Chromophone and Objeq are the only two I don't have yet.....love their stuff.
  20. Yes it is.....I enjoy watching a lot of N. Geography stuff and some of their background music is done really well. Good morning lads!!
