  1. Yeah, I do have POD Farm Platinum (sorry, forgot to mention that). Just downloaded the demo and will give it a go.
  2. It's also been a lot fun to just jam with this video (as well as backing tracks) and use the free version of this: https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm to play YouTube vids while using my audio card for the amp sim. .... (did a lot of that when my projects drive crashed).
  3. I'm in the same boat as you and going to test the demo properly....I think there's a bit of tweaking involved to get it right and hopefully, I'll find the way to do this. It's $209 USD with the coupon code....tempting.
  4. Speaking of Chris Stapleton, here's another one of my favs.:
  5. I do like The HU and even looked around for a VST version of the Mongolian horsehead fiddle (Morin Khuur). The HU lead me to this band and love the bassline and groove.
  6. Yes indeed...been a big fan of Shuffler after listening to this. Their other stuff is excellent as well. Now where our boy Larry? Do we need to send a search party? Hope all is well with him.
  7. Looks like the intro price is $249.99 (may have to wait until APD puts it on sale)
  8. I was also very interested in the Helix Native and Jim Roseberry helped out with some useful info: "The better your front end DI, the better results you're going to get with Helix Native. If you've seen posts saying Helix Native doesn't sound as good as the hardware, it's often because the user is comparing the hardware Helix (120dB dynamic range on the input) to a $100 audio interface (crap DI) as the front end for Helix Native." The AXE I/O has a dynamic range of 117dB which makes it ideal for the Helix. However when I demo'd Helix Native, I couldn't get it to sound as good as I really wanted. Speaking of which, check out the video around the 5:50 mark. I'm still very interested in getting it, but only if I can get close to the tones he's getting. Might have to demo it again and give it a more thorough test. If you guys know how to get that, would truly appreciate any tips.
  9. I'm surprised they don't do more inspirational genre's in these MIDI libraries. Seriously though, who doesn't like funky gospel death metal polka??
  10. Thanks Ensconced....looking forward to trying this. This should be good with my Freqout pedal.
  11. Simple....just go EDM with that and modulate the lower end (frequencies are optional).
  12. I only see the Upgrades and Bundles on sale...(US here).
  13. I was finally able to resolve this issue with a sincere appreciation from Matthew Sorrels help. He diagnosed it very quickly and gave some very detailed solutions (went above and beyond my expectations)....thanks so much Matt!! Basically, Windows was seeing the drive but wasn't seeing the files in it. I uninstalled the HDD from Device Mgr. as well as the Marvell Controller, ran chkdsk in CMD, and it found the files. So happy to have my projects drive back!! (Yes, I'm backing up everything!!) Back to making music again.....Woot Woot!!
  14. Madness I tell you...multiple Madness!!
  15. Demo sounded really good and appreciate hearing the 'raw' sound/not processed....if it sounds good without any processed mixed fx, they certainly got my attention. Downloading the demo.
  16. Uhhhmmm, we don't appreciate being called that . We're much more refined than that and do have standards. Just FYI, the correct term is "Undershreddies" and we in this line on work prefer to be called Entrepreneurs. Thank you for your patronage, President of U.E. (I'm not only the President, but also a proud customer)
  17. Also, 100% money back if you're not satisfied (14 days). Even if I wasn't happy with it, I'd still support him at this price. However, all his stuff is very good and useful.
  18. I'm a big fan of funk as well. Check out the rest of that album……. excellent stuff! (TM Stevens is the bass player)
