What else would you do? You will be more frustrated if you quit. Also, I think you have to change the standard of which you judge your abilities by. You know you love this, and even though it won't matter in the end, if you don't give up you can always say you tried. Now if you were to quit and move to an area rife with poverty and strife so that you could change peoples lives then I would say do it, but that will be frustrating too. Plus, I think you are great no matter what you decide, but it will be weird not seeing you around if you decide to leave.

I wish I could help, but maybe the bump will catch the attention of a geek or two. But since this is the CH, you might get a lot of this 1. That happened to me once. I had a faulty ....... 2. That happened to me once. I tried everything and then one day it just went away. 3. Sucks to be you. Unplugging everything will be a total pain, but it might be the only way to trouble shoot completely.

d68, I am not sure I can agree with you. personally, I think I hit a wall with this. while it might be interesting to those who appreciate noise, i do not believe it has much merit in the sense of "songiness" but, I dropped it, and now I will let it die it's death of natural causes. Freddy is a generous man, and a fine guitar player. I can't imagine he ever thought that this might be the consequence of his generosity. I know he will understand because he is like that. I have a general rule that if I post a song and it falls off the first page of the song forum without receiving any comments I delete it from my soundclick page because I figure it wasn't any good.
