AmpleSound WINTER SALE + Electric Guitar 3.5 Update
fret_man replied to Jason Morin's topic in Deals
I've used their Taylor extensively and it is very good. Most people can't tell it's a VSTi as long as you take the time to touch every-single-note. The articulations take some getting used to but, so far, I've been able to accomplish everything I've set out to do, both finger-picking and flat picking.- 19 replies

300 according to the link he posted.

I thought ARC came with emulations of various playback systems. If so then yes, MixChecker would be redundant.

Well, drat. I was hoping for an extra 10% off for Cyber Monday before I sprang for the $330 Pro upgrade.

This is an EDM style clapper. Not human hands clapping.

Folk Fiddle 2 came out at the same time as Indiginus' The Fiddle. So I got them both and tested them. They both have a great "folk" sound but I couldn't get the Insanity Samples' fiddle to work well in a fast bluegrass tune because it's scoop articulation is too slow and it can't be adjusted. This forced me to use the pitch wheel which sounds too artificial for me. Other than that, Folk Fiddle 2 sounds great. It could be very useful for moderate to slow tunes.

Kevin, thanks for that video. Did you pay the $200 for the SSD drive or are you still downloading the +600GB product?

What? No Reaper ?!

I've successfully used their Uilleann Pipes. Love the sound. Very expressive. When I bought them (last year) I didn't get any virus warnings.

Has anyone tried these compositional creativity aids?
-
Yes, I've had no problems when used in Studio One.

Don't install or update to Spitfire BBCSO 1.4.0!

Hmmm, I wonder if Studio One has this feature. Anyone know? -

Drat, I've been waiting for their autoharp to go on sale. No, seriously. I have.... -
Today's the last day! Hurry...

There's an AAS soundbank in there! It is now complete, I think.

I think it's supposed to be "legato".

I love how so many of their instruments have "true gelato action".
