Good news, the licenses were distributed as coupon's to add to the cart which means everyone gets a fully fledged license. Huzzah! I'll DM everyone who took part my email address and once I've received $20 USD via PayPal I will send the license email to your preferred email address. Update: DMs have been sent. If you didn't receive a message via the site, let me know.

OK I've placed the order. Let's hope this wasn't a giant $220 mistake hahaha.

Ok I guess it's just the 11 of us. me, jngnz, kricho, pseudopop, Wallace Ng, solema, SmokeyJ628, phalycs, fitzroy, overbit and Kevin H.

Why I thought it was a good idea to organise this on a day I have an appointment with the accountant and have to be in the office after that, I'm not sure, but I'll be out for a couple of hours now, and checking back in later to proceed with the group buy.
-
If we get one more person, I can buy them in two separate transactions and halve my risk in case it goes pear shaped and they attribute all the licenses to my account somehow (I'm almost certain this won't happen but if it does, I'll wear the cost) Any last takers?
-
OK here's who is taking part. If anyone else is on the fence now's your chance to get in before you have to wait for another few people to try again. I'm buying in 1 hour and I'll post one last time with confirmations of who is in. If anyone is having second thoughts for whatever reason please let me know before my confirmation post ? me, jngnz, kricho, pseudopop, Wallace Ng, solema, SmokeyJ628, phalycs, fitzroy and overbit.

OK that's great, we've already got the numbers, but I'll keep it open overnight (I'm in Australia) so anyone else who wants to join doesn't miss out, and then place the order in the morning in about 10 hours time approx.
-
Anyone interested in a group buy? If six of us take part (or more) it's as little as $20 each. I'll coordinate (make the purchase and distribute the codes) if we get the numbers, as long as you're ok to PayPal the funds over to me.

The expansions are available separately for those who purchased the plugin. There's 3 expansions available for $49 each. See the lower half of this page for details including the model numbers (semi anonymised) of the reverb units represented in the more info link: https://slatedigital.com/verbsuite-classics/

Great price, I had thought to grab these just for sh1ts and giggles a while back after demoing a few and thinking some might be worth having, and noticed on Facebook they were promising an update to support VST3 in Q1 2023 but it never eventuated. https://www.facebook.com/PlugAndMix/ Change log on their website reports the most recent update was 2017. So no VST3 support and no Apple Silicon support. https://download.plugivery.com/pvdl/?do=changelog&dir=release&prod=vip-bundle&bid=72

iZotope Exponential Audio Reverb Pack: R2 | R4 | Nimbus for $26
Craig N replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
These are no longer supported so it's dead money. Isotope killed them off. It's only a couple of bucks more for both Symphony and Stratus via JRR with the code group, and those two are supported and can do everything these do. The developer promised free updates so he made new features into totally new products so R4 IS R2 v2 and Stratus is R2 v3. Nimbus is Phoenix v2 and Symphony is Phoenix v3. Then he sold the company to Izotope who no longer feel the need to support the older products. https://www.production-expert.com/production-expert-1/izotope-kill-off-almost-all-exponential-audio-reverb-plugins -
Me too, so I'll be waiting for a sale ?

Ah ok. Anyone know what the basis for premium membership actually is? -
Softube Premium extra discounts (check your emails)
Craig N replied to Yan Filiatrault's topic in Deals
Yan, what's the link in the email? I assume it goes to a page on the Softube site; I'm thinking that for those who didn't get the email, they may still be able to access the link on the site. I didn't get an email, but I've noticed I don't get a lot of these kind of marketing offers from various companies. I think some email providers are maybe too diligent in their spam filtering. -
How much do they want?

She'll absolutely drive you wild ... wild ... with the upgrade pricing

Sorry should have mentioned that - the discounts only appear after logging in.

Coupon code may cease working before the 7th of June though. I found it separately at https://www.dontpayfull.com/at/gospelmusicians.com?c=85736603#c85736603 and it lists the following terms: Terms: Exclusions may apply. There is a limited range of products marked as available for this discount. This promotion is subject to stock limitations. One per person. This deal can be restricted by the retailer at any moment without further notice.

BlueBeast sampled from the EX5 TGX-85 sampled from the SY-85 TGX-99 sampled from the SY-77/SY-99 $49.99 each Take a further 10% off with the coupon code DONTPAYFULL786 I just grabbed all 3 and having had a play through I'm very happy with them so far. Also, you can buy for either native plugin or pure synth and then get a free crossgrade for the other version by adding to your cart at $0 and checking out. In case you change your mind about which one you'd rather run.

I liked MorphVerb when I first bought it. It was one of the first Reverbs I bought. Then I started testing reverbs with plain saw waves and hated it for its harsh metallic tones and decided it was the 2nd worst reverb and one of the few plugins I regretted buying. But then Baby Audio's Crystalline came out and I was demoing it vs all the other reverbs I owned and I realised I could get the same sounds out of MorphVerb. Now I don't hate MorphVerb any more. It has its place. I don't really reach for it, but whenever I see Crystalline advertised I think to myself nahh I'm good, I have MorphVerb. Sure, I can't really remember the settings that matched Crystalline. But they're in there somewhere.

Someone on KVR said Martinic wrote the DSP for Arturia's DX7 V.

I haven't been able to find anyone actually mentioning the actual coupon in the usual places, and it didn't say the coupon in my cart. I think it might have been auto-applied when the sale was live. Sorry I can't be of more help.
