Yup. I tinkered with it today. You gotta move mouse higher than that to change the LP to HP button. What they should have done is just let you click with mouse to change them .

Well this is the thing. They are mincing words when it comes to the "value" of the product. Is the value what you paid for it or is the value what they post on their site on the promo? If I were to buy the product from another reseller who has it on clearance, and I paid 50% off, it has no bearing on what the value of the product is. IKM should not be changing the value of the product based on what you paid for it. They should be deeming the value of the product based on what they are posting on their site for the promo. You can buy Modo 2 upgrade for $188 on Thomman. IKM can't turn around and say, "We checked the Thomman site yesterday and you paid $188 so you are not in the $249 tier". And also, the jam points are a benefit you pay for through purchasing other products from them. It's just IKM up to their usual shenanigans again.

I have yet to receive a reply from IKM sales support. I keep looking at it and I still don't understand what it does and why would I want one. I guess I need to see a demo to understand. But what would be cool is being able to feed this AI thing a track and for it to detect what was the guitar tone and throw back at you a few options of what the amp and effects and chain you would use to get that tone.

@Peter - IK Multimedia I feel IK should at least honor the terms of the promo before it got changed today midday. It's not really the customers fault they were able to find a discounted product included in the promo on another site.

Yup. I agree with this. Waiting to see how it pans out. We shall see what @Peter - IK Multimedia finds out. IME, whenever a new IKM deals kicks in, there is usually a bit of running around and confusion until it gets sorted out.

I did the same thing. Just submitted a ticket. I think this is an error.

Oh come on!! Don't say this is what they are doing. !!! It clearly states "From August 2 through August 31, 2022, simply purchase and register any of the qualifying products from our online store, the Custom Shop or any authorized IK dealer and get your choice of 3 other qualifying products of equal or lesser value."

Based on what I am reading. I think IKM should put something in the system where is, if the a new purchase of Modo Drum 1.5 SE is added to an account, if that account already has Modo Drum 1.0, it should extend the download dates for all other Modo Drum kits e.t.c.
