  1. Still haven’t received a code but I’m guessing they have a lot of emails to respond to.
  2. Sleek and Harmoniq will be my next two.
  3. I qualify for the $112 deal but then I would be locked until next July. They could offer a perpetual license for less when Black Friday comes around. If so I’ll be interested. Much like other daws I don’t think these latest versions offer anything better than the previous versions anyway.
  4. It's pretty simple. As long as I have choices, I won't do the subscription thing for a daw. Too many better options currently. Nothing personal.
  5. I plan to use what I have and wait until Black Friday sales. Then I’ll likely move on to something else. I don’t feel like I’m owed anything from Cakewalk but I don’t feel like I owe them anything either. I will not do the subscription thing.
  6. Try Waveform 13 free. I like it. I'm an audio guy but use EZD3 and EZK2 and Melodyne. Waveform takes a minute to get used to but it's very good.
  7. Waveform 13 Free does support ARA. Used it last night.
  8. I installed connect as admin, and then opened as admin. Still hangs at the same place as before. No Luna for me.
  9. No luck here. No biggie, I've got 3 DAWS. I'll look into it again another time.
  10. Really wanted to try this, it sounds like a DAW for me as I use 90% audio and very little midi or virtual instruments. After trying to download many times over several days...I give up. It hangs at 100% every time. Maybe I'll try again when it's out of beta.
  11. Back in the day (10 or 12 years ago or so) Valhalla, Klanghelm, and Tokyo Dawn, were kind of just getting started and I have just about everything from them all. Along with Toneboosters and Variety of Sound, they're still some of my favorite devs and some of my most used plugins.
  12. hmmm. It's been a long time since Klanghelm's done anything. I do have all of the others.
  13. Upgrade from Melodyne 4 studio to 5 studio. EZX’s Custom Shop and Kicks and Snares. hornet plugins Multicomp mkII and Magnus mk III. Why not?
  14. I have the pro version. I’m not sure anyone needs all it offers! Seriously you’re okay with what you have. Youlean is probably the most in depth meter on the market.
  15. I’ve always admired this guys dedication to loudness metering. I had his original back from the KVR developers challenge, and have been an owner as soon as he released the commercial version. Highly recommended!
  16. I have EZD3. You can swap out pieces in a kit. I have never felt like I needed SD. I’m a guitar player, singer, songwriter, and EZD3 does everything I need and then some. These two ezx’s were on my want list before the sale, so It was pretty much perfect for me as well.
  17. I caved and went ahead and got Kicks and Snares too. Custom shop and Kicks and snares really help to cover some ground.
  18. Yep, the free version might be all you would ever need.
  19. It’s good. I use it sometimes just for a change. I prefer Cakewalk but that’s mainly because I’m so used to it. Melodyne integration in Cakewalk is a lot easier to use, but Waveform is easier in the sense that everything flows left to right and everything needed is on one page.
  20. I already have 12.5. I still prefer SONAR.
  21. I have the Bricasti IRs. I need to learn how to use Mconvolution from Melda someday for them to be of much use.
