That sounds like my property taxes. The county cut the tax rate by almost half then doubled the appraisal value.

I'm pretty sure I registered BIAB but no joy here. I have been struggling with car repairs and not had much time for anything else.

How did you get it to work? I have BIAB as well and I had to hunt it down in the weird place they stashed it. I moved it to where it should be - program files/Steinberg/vstplugins - and it works just fine in BIAB but wants me to put in activation codes if I open it in Sonar.

Won't power up. Was using it one day and left it on overnight and the next morning the display was blank and I couldn't communicate with it. I have power through the switch and that's as far as I can get. There are apparently no schematics available. +1 on the vocal guide track; it can work wonders. Some churches hire a ringer for each section of the choir. If there is a really strong singer, the others around that person tend to naturally gravitate towards their pitch.

That sounds a lot like my days working on cars. All the alternators in the world won't charge the battery when there's almost a 2 volt drop on the positive cable because of corrosion. Or when the battery itself has a dead cell.
