This was a nasty surprise.
No notification of any kind.
They are closing the store. They will still support distribution to 3rd party fir what little that is worth. Effective 3/31/20
The player support has already stopped.
They are not going out of business, but have decided physical media sales are too small in sales percentage. I believe they will still sell downloads/streaming as well as handling placement/books/funds collection for 3rd party services such as itunes/spotify/amazonmp3/etc...
A very sad day for me as well as a large new workload of deciding/implementing how I will adjust.

It’s working here as always with shift-f

Didn't see a link, but simply typing in minimoog model d brought it right up.
Found it...

Yes. Something's going on.
May be related to an update problem I'm having on a client’s machine. Things are leading me to suspect a win10 update and possibly something forcing write protect as it fails trying to copy the new files into their folder. But I don’t want to hijack your thread. They may not be related.
I have not heard of CbB updating without BA. Except for the early access downloads but they don't come from update notices.
Did you check to see if BA is already running? Look for it's icon in the tray...

The update must be installed from Bandlab Assistant

BTW...
This is Keni posting regarding Frankie’s system. The original post was me posting as/from Frankie’s place while working on his DAW...
I’m surprised that no one has posted some obvious issue I overlooked as is sometimes the case.

maybe try re-boot
Thanks Martin...
I tried that as well as ran BA as administrator, but it continues to fail the same way. I made sure I kept using fresh downloads.
I have McAfee realtime disabled as well
I discovered the related folder was marked read only for some reason and changed it, but still the same result.

We hope she will be. She is a purring machine and right now we have her separated form our dog and 6 year old cat. We think the dog will have a blast with her as Maddie loves to play. Unfortunately the mature cat bonded with the cat we lost due to cancer recently. It shall be interesting to see how "Boo" reacts to new kitten. The kitten will try to play with her, she is very social and we hope "Boo" accepts her. If not "Boo" will hang out in her Owners bedroom aka my daughter
. Boo is more like a sad puppy when my daughter is at school. The cat that we lost would seek out Boo where ever she was and they would sleep together for afternoon naps. Last night we had the new kitty in our bedroom for the evening and she settled down and was on the bed with us. Today my wife and daughters are going to try and introduce the doggie to the kitten. I miss the fun time of this as I'm at work now
Especially at that age, they are non-stop balls of fun so it's great to have shifts with them! ?

Thanks again Steve...
I just tested that it is displaying the correct icons top/bottom.
I do still see that if I hold Ctrl-Alt-Click, the multi-lane split changes to a simple select (straight line)...
This will be easy to get used to...

Thanks for the reminder scook. It didn’t register with me when I initially read that post. Makes more sense now and I will try asap. Interesting that something is changing this tools status with a modifier key but I haven’t looked deeper yet.

Ok... I’m sure it can be handy, but most often I’m looking to split only one clip.
I believe that now requires holding a modifier key. Not thrilled, wish it defaulted the other way but I will get used to it (?).
I'm having a bit of trouble though as the icon change is jittery so I’m hoping someone here can give me the facts.
I’m typically holding the alt key so that a click will cut. I think I found Ctrl-Alt-Click cuts the single clip? What is confusing me is that sometimes it remains single clip cut. Is there some toggling method?
Thanks ?

So sad... but true. The majority of the population are reasonably good, but 1% of 7billion is a lot of nasty trapped in an ever smaller space while increasing at breakneck speed...

Useless police...
I discovered one guitar amp at a pawnshop and I'm 100% certain it was mine but the police won't even investigate the seller's name because I don’t have a serial number...
A legitimate lead they won’t look into. I guess being a thief is safer than I believed...

I had this problem myself when I purchased and installed the ARS3 plugin. I have no need and no intention of using the NX Head Tracker and was starting to really get annoyed with the plugin popping up every time.
For Mac users, the plugin can be located here: Macintosh HD/Applications/Waves/Plugins V11/WavesHeadTracker
Just rename the WavesHeadTracker plugin to WavesHeadTrackerOff, that will solve the problem. Big thanks to Matthew Sorrels for sharing this workaround!
Thanks Whitecat!
just what the doctor ordered...
I found it in program files (x86)/waves/v10 (maybe another folder deeper but I don’t recall)
Renaming did the trick!

Hello everyone....
I am so sorry it has taken me so long to get here. It's been one heck of a week, as you can imagine. There's a lot going being discussed and I'll do my best to cover all of it.
First off, for anyone one that is having trouble activating ReValver, this video will get you going:
If you are still having issues....please please send an email to support (at) audiomediaresearch.com or (even better) fill out the support form at www.audiomediaresearch.com. By submitting the form, you are ensured that nothing falls through the cracks.
Ok...about Peavey and AMR. Here's the story. ReValver was originally developed by Michael Ljunggren in Sweden under his company Alien Connections. At the time, I was working at Peavey and stumbled across Michael and struck up a conversation. Come to find out, he thought that he had taken things as far as he could on his own and was looking to sell the company. I went to Hartley Peavey and basically convinced him to buy the company and hire Michael. So, Michael and I teamed up and got to work. First came III, then III.V, then 4. One thing that never really came was the resources we needed to grow. In all fairness to Peavey, this was not intentional. The last few years has seen the audio industry pounded by changing markets, China tariffs, the decline of the independent retailer, etc, etc. Peavey has had to refocus on it's core competencies.....and being a software company was just not one of them. So, after a few years of dragging along the best that we could, we knew something had to change and, honestly, so did Peavey. So, to make a very long story short, we are now an independent company. It's important to realize that although the "company" has changed hands a couple times....it's still the same core team....and we are dedicated and passionate about ReValver. It's also important to note that Jose is still with us handling support. Jose is amazing and a superhero. We were also truly blessed to have Hartley Peavey be on our board of directors. He is truly a legend and has been on of ReValver's biggest supporter and, without him, we wouldn't be here today.
Sigh.....the dreaded "dongle". I will be honest, before the dongle, we were suffering terribly to piracy. After, things got better. Having said that, we are completely open to any ideas. I'm going to look around to see what other options we can look at. What needs to happen asap is a way for customers to manage their registered USB devices. That is a priority for me.
We also agree that we needed to focus on getting more bass content in ReValver. We are on it.
So, yes....we have new releases coming soon. As you guys mentioned, Craig Anderton did review our new apps. Unfortunately, this happened right before the Peavey/AMR conversion, which pushed things back about a month.
In closing, I really want to hear from you all. I am always available at scott (at) audiomediaresearch.com. Let me know what's on your mind...good or bad...I'm here to listen and make things happen. We wouldn't be here without your all....
Take care,
Scott Mire

Never mind...
I didn't finish the authorization as there was no prompt to do so.
Now I've got that basic list... Very skimpy. So I can see why they give it for free... It seems pretty necessary to buy a number of things to make this really useful. The older version that we got free prior to Peavey came with much more.
I guess I'll continue to stick with Amplitube...

Thanks... I read that earlier.
This is a royal pain for me. I see some glimpses of work arounds for me.
I will still use cdbaby as the remaining services are still excellent value, but I now need a proper store front with a budget of -$999...
