  1. Thanks for the reply. It's not ideal. I hope that it'll get sorted soon.
  2. Hi everyone, I've just upgraded to Sonar and have reverted to the Tungsten theme. I have found that It's very difficult to see the grid lines (even when they're in front of the clips). I went into the colour preferences but I don't see where I can change the colour of the grid lines. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  3. It seems to me that whatever forum I visit Cakewalk is haemorrhaging users everywhere. They seem to be moving to other DAWS...
  4. Thanks Bridget, I did make sure that before I moved over to the Kemper, I made profiles of the MI Audio pedals into my amp. I've been able to maintain the same guitar tones as I had before but with a lot more convenience.
  5. This track was released on my second solo album Living for the Moment in 2013. We shot a lot of video during the recordings and I decided to share one of the tracks on a guitar forum back then. I mentioned that I used the MI Audio Crunchbox for the guitar tones. I was using Sonar Platinum back then. The next day I received an email from MI Audio asking if I was interested in becoming a representative for the company. I obviously jumped at the chance. I used their effect pedals exclusively for the longest time. I eventually moved on to the Kemper but only after making profiles of all my favourite MI Audio effect pedals. I still think that their products have stood the test of time as far as analogue effects go. So as mentioned before, this track was recorded using the MI Audio Crunchbox and a clean Marshall JCM2000 TSL.
  6. Thanks for your comments! Yes, I prefer the solo guitar to a bit "in the mix" instead of upfront. I like the backing guitars giving the track more power. Cheers!
  7. Spot on Tom! We're always looking for that "silver bullet" to make things sound better. Yep, I don't know what I would do without Larry!
