Hi - this is sounding good - excellent advice from Larry and Kevin - personally i draw volume envelopes on the stuff I don't want - i prefer that to using a gate. I always use a mic shield and pop filter Cant wait to hear the finished version Nigel

Hi Kevin I like this - I think this will be excellent as you progress - personally, if you don't mind me saying, I would shorten this and end at 3.45 dropping the last guitar solos and fade out - I think it would sound much sharper! Anyway, best of luck on this, think there is a really good track in this Cool Stuff Nigel

what Bjorn said!! too many words, not enough music.... This is a very lyrically/vocally driven track, so the vocals come first and the music comes second - if I was mixing this, that's the way I would approach it - saying that this could be really good once the timing is sorted Cheers Nigel

Hi - I did try to listen to this but I could only get Boom to play and this was only for a few seconds - this really might be my problem as I am in the Caribbean - i did try Spotify and even though all my music is on Spotify (which is a good or a very bad thing depending on one's view?) Spotify would not let me listen to this. the bit I heard I liked Cheers Nigel

Really like this - the only thing i would say is that I found the drums a bit lightweight - personally i would like them a little more upfront but i would change the kit i think, if you know what I mean! Apart from that, excellent Nigel

I could hear the vocals OK - I really like the track - think when this is finished it will be excellent. with regard to the vocals, the only thing i would say is they sounded pretty compressed if this were me, this is such a good track, i would sing them again - try and double track them possibly to help them cut through Cool song Nigel

Hi Larry I liked this - the repetitive Bass motif drew me in - personally i think i might have made that a little more prominent. The only other thing was the mix seemed a little quiet, but that might have been where I was listening Cool Nigel
