Bajan Blue replied to PavlovsCat's topic in Songs
Hi Peter Like this, sounds really good Can hear the Beatles influence but not overtly so - unless you hadn't mentioned it, probably wouldn't have got it straight away!! Cool Nigel -
Enjoyed this - as Larry said, short but it is very well done indeed Cool Nigel
-
Hi Bjorn - that violin sounds great and I really enjoyed the track enjoy Australia Nigel

-
Hi Philip - a really good laid back track - I like this second mix much better than the first mix - in the first mix I thought the vocals were a bit low, but this now seems fixed. Cool Nigel
-
Hi Paul - thanks for taking the time to watch and make such great comments - much apprciated Cheers Nigel

wow, thats cheap - one of my Go to delays - as far as I know, there is no other delay that can do what this does Nigel
-
Julian Cope – Peggy Suicide Led Zeppelin – Physical Graffiti (mainly because it’s a double album so more to listen to!!) The Cure – Greatest Hits (cop out I know but I’d have to take too many Cure albums otherwise) Klaus Schultze – irrlict Hawkwind – In Search of Space Frank Zappa – Hot Rats (I have around 50 Zappa albums – how do you choose 1??) Stevie Wonder – Talking Book Velvet Underground and Nico The The – Soul Mining Smiths – Hatful of Hollow As others have said, choosing only 10 is impossible!! Nigel

Hi Dave - this is OK but a bit slow for me. When I am writing, if I have a track I am not sure about tempo or Key wise, I use Decoda - https://products.zplane.de/products/decoda/ This is a fabulous program and is really helpful - it has other uses as well, like for practice, but I use it as a writing tool. And it can normally be purchased for around the $30 mark, so very good value. Nigel

tom, they just don't know what they are missing? Nigel

Absolutely essential piece of equipment for me - just been using it today! I purchased a couple of spare units as well a few years back, just in case it ever went wrong. They were very cheap at the time, no idea what they would go for now, as people get more desperate? I set mine up in Windows 10 a few years back, and if I remember, you have to go through the unsigned driver routine when installing - bit of a pain, but you only have to do it once Nigel
-
Dave - some nice stuff in here, particularly some of the Guitars - mix needs a bit of work, but apart from that pretty good Nigel
-
Hi Bjorn - really like this - I've always been a big Klaus Schulze fan and irrlicht is one of my favourite albums! Very cool indeed, love it Nigel PS - I like it, like it is - nothing else needed!!!
-
Hi David -thanks for this - he has definitely made a difference to our overall sound Cheers nigel
-
Hi Dave - considering what you have just have happen to you, a great effort and a good track Hope those fingers get better soon!! Nigel
-
Hi tom thanks for this - just to fully explain we have tried to cut out the middleman - we have set our own store up on our own website - this is better for us and better for anyone who would like to get something, as the costs are dramatically lower!!! And after some real hassles, we now have PayPal!!!! We had to prove we were not Pablo Escobar or Osma Bin Laden but we got there in the end - - OK my Great Great Great Granny had to go and sign in blood as a guarantor, but apart from that it was a lovely smooth and unstressful application process? https://devinelie.com/store/ Thanks for the support Nigel
