Which SONAR did you use then and what are you using now? The closet I can get to that era is SONAR X3. You don't see the +/- on the upper left? You may need to ensure all the widgets are visible by selecting All.

I believe he means that the audio outs from the hardware modules are connected to the audio interface and are playing through Sonar tracks while monitoring the project instead of being plugged into an external amp and monitoring the modules through the air.

The only thing I saw in Help is this: "Sonar automatically detects whether or not you are using a touchscreen, and sizes the Virtual Controller accordingly. The optimum size is displayed for either touch or mouse input, regardless of screen resolution." Maybe someone with a touchscreen can check out if they can get more keys.

Right. You need to insert a software synthesizer and direct the MIDI track's output to the soft synth's input and the synth's output to your audio interface or a bus that is output to the interface.

Cool. I found Dropbox to be unobtrusive the few times I had to use it. I also understand about not wanting to give out identifying personal information every time you sign up for something, but having been an Air Force brat and later, in the AF, I think everything anyone would want to know about me is probably accessible so I don't worry too much about it anymore.
