  1. Magnetic II is mighty fine and this is a good deal but you can often get the entire Nomad Factory bundle for $99.
  2. Yep, Fabfilter Pro-C2 is the best of the best.
  3. Yeah, it was free in May 2017. Good one.
  4. Wow, been waiting for this. HPA is a remarkable developer. They also make great stuff for Omnisphere but this one is for Kontakt (full).
  5. Thanks, great find! And there’s another (Denver) grand in those freebies.
  6. Pretty strange that it took so long for them to come up with this.
  7. Am I a boy or a lady, I don’t know which
  8. Took some time, but I did it, didn’t I!
  9. Yeah, that Pelizzari guy is great. Greg Schlaepfer, however, is simply amazing. He’s the only dev I know who will even suggest another dev’s instrument if he sincerely believes it to be best for the job. Sheer honesty and, of course, sheer incredible instruments. Kudos, OrangeTreeSamples!
  10. I don’t do Jam Points. I do Gear Credits and Group Buys. There, I said it.
  11. Wow. Lovely Day is my absolute Bill Withers favorite.
  12. I believe it’s iLok.
  13. I wonder if Bill Withers’ “Just The Two Of Us” was played on that famous E, maybe by McDonald.
  14. Nice. Particularly like Flow, Geode, After Hour and the Spirits bundles.
  15. Okay, now you have to tell us, Simeon.
  16. As for the acoustic guitars : Steel Strings is I believe a Martin D16R, Modern Nylon a Takamine C134S, Songwriter a Gibson J-45, Jumbo 12 a Taylor 355, and Flatpick Six a custom-built Coal Creek.
  17. Some do indeed, like Angelic Keys for instance, or the Jaco bass. But it is clearly marked.
  18. That one is pretty amazing indeed. Perfect for my ongoing Bach counterpoint project.
  19. Camel (I’ll get my coat)
  20. Yeah, that MCompressor is a marvel. And it’s free.
  21. Dang. I need that. I feel a Group Buy coming up.
  22. As stated by Spectrasonics themselves: ”The story of the “E” name comes from one of these instruments Eddy modified that was often rented from Leeds Musical Instrument Rentals during the heyday of record production in the 1980s. The top producers knew which one to rent because it was marked with a big “E” on the case. This is not the instrument we sampled for Keyscape, but ours was made at the same time and has the identical circuitry and voicing modifications that Eddy did to that specific Leeds instrument. As the “E” legend has grown on the Internet over the years, what’s not widely known is that Eddy made several of these identically modified instruments after various L.A. session players requested the same modifications. Our instrument was a 1974 Suitcase that Eddy extensively modified … “ And the OrangeTreeSamples Famous E is THE original one. Here’s another interesting tidbit by the engineer (Jay Graydon): http://jaygraydon.com/The_Famous_E_Electric_Piano.htm
