Thanks Emeraldsoul,  I´m really pushing the boat out on this one, wookie just sent a link for a mastering tool which Ive downloaded Ive revisited the whole song and played around with it ready to master and now some good tips from your good self , so I´ll have another good look at it and see what I can do as far as the drums go I use EZDrums they have a built in mixer and thats it as far as i know I tend to turn all the ezd effects off and use only the bandlab so i´ll have to look into that cheers ES regards PB

All I can say is that i concure with all the abov,e great recording so clear , how on earth did manage to program those drums so well , EZD is my stumbling block I really struggle with them well done you...

Thanks t  .......its funny really  that the songs i like are the ones that come the quickest and the worst (many) where I toil for hours and hours  over a hot interface and they end up being a stinker,  once one get`s beyond the point of no return its hard to quit  even though the gut feeling tells you differently  thanks for the encouraging  comments cheers PB

Mix stands the test here on the Adam A7x's, I can hear all the voices which is always a good thing.

Thanks Douglas, I´m allways a bit retisent to turn up the volumes up too far , I think just below 0 db is about right I tend not use too much compressor on my maybe i should on my next song , its all a bit trial and error, and hit and miss  with me  , cheers PB

Thanks baloonhead , It does seem to be a  longwinded way of dong things I cant understand why fantastic bandlab doesnt have a feature to export a seperate midi file ?  once thansk for taking the time to answer vheers PB

Oh thankyou 905133 : I asumed that it would be obvious that I´m using bandlab cakewalk ,and the person i´m sending it doesnt,  but hey I thought it was a  quick easy question with a quick easy answer  maybe i could have explained it better ...its not a big deal , thanks for your constuctive input .

Ive opened up a can of worms here ,,I wanted to send a friend who has another DAW (not bandlab) a midi Keybord track , logically I muted all the unwanted tracks and marked the keybord track that I wanted in the project ,   and it still didnt work, Ive taken the advice of copying and pasting onto the screen I´m still awaiting a reply from my freind in the U.K. to see if he can use it ,I have a sneaky feeling he`ll only be able to open it with bandlab ...watch this space ......

hi marled , yes that was excactly my expirience  I only wanted to send the keys and it saved the while project etc ect  , Ive tried dragging and droping I´m just waiting a for a response  from my friend in the U:K. with bated breath  cheers PB

Thanks Douglas , Its so hard to judge ones self after writing and recording and then hearing it so often I get a bit confused and doubtfull and I end up asking mayel if  the song is worhy of posting , so getting so much positive feedback  really motivates me to carry on .....cheers PB

Thanks Bjorn , as i said tanks to badlab I´m really motivated  , I´m just consantly surpirsed by the quality of the virtuel instuments  and the effects  makes playing such an enjoyment  cheers Pb

Hi Robert yes I`ll try that easy sollution thanks , thing is my friend who needs the midi file isnt on bandlab and he says his DAW doesnt recognise the bandlab files  ... cheers PB

Hi chaps now this should be simple I checked out a YT but it still doesnt work .all I kept getting is the midi file i wish to export has other files within included  and it  will export  , Ive also  marked the keybord file and muted all the other files

 I want to send just the recorded keybord midi file to another DAW ( not bandlab) so that a freind can add to it in his own DAW not the whole project .

Thanks guys , since getting bandlab last year ive never written so many songs in such a short space of time I´m on a bit of a roll at the moment and enjoying every minute and so thanks to all the  positive  feedback cheers pB

It sems to be confusing to data from the project file into MP3 , as you know I´m not a computer expert I can barely work a toaster

Hi Nigel thats  what i do ans sometimes I get and 07 file not an MP3 in the Audio library , I had to export it three times before I got an MP3 although i didnt do aynthing differently ... it doesnt make sense .....cheers

Well hi chaps , after taking on board all the great tips (thank you all once again) I re-mixed the song hopefully giving the pre chorus a bit more of a uplift adding guitare tamborine and a better organ , i didnt what to overdo it so I think is just slightly better    cheers PB

Hi chaps , this problem comes and goes , on finishing a song  all tracks are then marked then clicked on to export , name  ,etc  on clicking on export  , what comes on in the Audio  library  ..is a    07 file and then I up pops a window asking what type  of app I wish to open the file ie firefox , mediaplayer, O.K .but not on  Mp3 .....so after exporting the same project two maybe three times  I eventally get my MP3 as wished , but why does this sort of thing happen ? I´m confused .and not for the firs time  this month any comments would be helpfull cheers PB

This is just the type of song Ialyways  wanted to write and record but you beat me to it so I`m bloody mad , really great vocals , the whole thing was really moving  thank you so much once again great song and production
