Guys, Which DAW do you prefer using more, Studio One or Sonar Plati, AHEMM, or Cakewalk By Bandlab? Can you tell us why? I have Studio One Artist, but honestly, I'm so use to doing everything in Cakewalk; I didn't want to even try a new DAW.

I was having problems with my audio cutting in and out of my monitors every once in a while and also with audio coming out of one side vs the other. In my studio, everything goes through my Mackie Bigknob, so I thought there was a problem with the decide. I took out all of my cables, and put everything back, but I shill had some disconnects with the monitors and crackling. I read an, "On Test "review given by SOS Magazine for Stedman Pure Connect Studio Kit Connector Cleaner. The review given showed how important and vital cleaning your audio equipment is and how it can prolong the the equipment life as well as provide excellent sound quality in your recordings. I purchases one of their kits and cleaned my 1/4 connectors, and my XLR connectors both male and female. After doing this, I didn't have crackling noises or audio coming out of one side of my monitors any longer. Our equipment gets dirty and at times we think something is wrong with our gear. Sometimes the gear just needs a bath. ? I'd get the Producer Collection just for the Groove3 1-Year Pass alone. Most of the other items are older version of software anyway. With the Recording Collection, I'd buy that just to get Studio One Producer 2.0 and then upgrade it to studio One Professional 4 for $149.00

I will Eat slowly. ... 4. I always avoid chewing gum. ... 5. Next I say no to straws. ... 6. I will quit eating Chocolate . ... 7. I choose non-carbonated drinks. ... 8. I eliminate problematic foods. Oh, That's not the type of Studio GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) we are discussing here today ?? ?

I ordered a Native Instruments Maschine Mikro MK3 from Guitar Center from and then called in my order. I then receive a discount that wasn't suppose to work online but they gave me the discount anyway. My total priced dropped down from $259. 00 to $221.00 and there was no tax because I picked it up from the state of Delaware, which is 15 minutes from me in PA. 2 days later Native Instruments raised the price of the Maschine Mikro MK3 to $269.00. I am Glad I purchased it when I did.
