Great news ladies and gentleman! I wrote a question to bestservice.com and they put it on sale for $29?? so jump on it quickly while the stock last if anyone missed out on the jrr shop sale! Just remember this is for the, now legacy, 1.2GB UVI library I'm talking about here, and not the new v2, 50GB proprietary GM synth that you can get through the link in the OP, so please mind that. EDIT: this should also count towards the crossgrade price as for the next step?
-
For me it could be the best moment to buy cheap the legacy now UVI version which I should be fine with (for a while?), unfortunately after jrrshop sold it's last license for $25 and I didn't jump on it quickly enough, there's none on sale at the moment so I will probably miss it entirely... and I'm not even entitled for the crossgrade price from the OP! ???

What exactly is the sustain pedal issue again?
-
Indeed! I've 'wasted' my voucher at the beginning of month All of them kind of my favorites, haven't had much chances to use them all yet but the Noveltech stuff can definitely add some extra shine to vocals and not only ?

I always thought 'poor people' about Mac users (sorry Fleer!)??
-
Ah yes, this goes well with some pie compressor and a cherry audio on top!
-
I thought I've bought Aparillo for this...

Sent you enrollment documents to join my Miserable Buyers Club so we can sometimes get social and go 'pathetic' in unity. Cheers!

How record B-3X using 2 keyboards into one track?
chris.r replied to Doug Steinschneider's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
Hi Doug, just wanted to quickly update on the issue, it has been resolved in the most recent 1.3.4 version so you should be good ? -
I know! neither of the three is included hence my snarky joke. In this sale, a bit of sarcasm is all I'm left with
-
Perfect! I'm in for the Amek console, Xtressor and Kirchhoff EQ
-
Which version(s) of RX Elements has the full editor? TIA
-
The latest version is 1.3.4. I had it downloaded but for whatever reason I never installed it. Don't remember why, maybe I didn't see the fix mentioned among the few other fixes there. I checked and it works now, Thanks @Dave Schreier !

In what update, Dave?

And I want to use it tooo (...just tell me)

That's not how IKM works. Their business model consists of luring new customers in with better deals, then nick and dime them out of all their money once they're already into the scheme. And that doesn't seem like it will change any time soon, especially considering their profits. Actually I just visited the Upgrades page in my IKM account and there's a complete change! Didn't figure out if more for good or for bad, yet...

It was already few years ago, I thought the case would be long closed...? I told them guys simple steps to reproduce the issue: draw a long note, like a few bars long. Then draw a smooth crescendo of any control change over it, best would be one that is easily heard back like volume cc#7 or any drawbars. On playback it's smooth but when rendering audio or freezing track, controllers will change only once a few seconds, it's broken (and you can see it on the waveform). Think they've asked me to make a video but for me it was too sketchy at that time, also I had a home move on my head (had actually too much home moving over last couple years!). Also I know of other users with same issue providing a video so they should have everything. Let me know if it still makes sense to get back on it and I'll search my emails for the ticket number. Thanks

It is just the decay part of a transient designer processor, so yes in a way it works similar to a compressor's release. Where it differs is that it's not threshold dependent.
-
In their SC videos I saw there are some scripted patches that should allow for a realtime playing, well maybe not as full-featured like most instruments nowadays. But man, does it sound righteous!
-
Oh yeah, I'll take yet another chance to watch them again for a minute. They are awesome libraries, proudly lying on their shelves. It's a privilage!

I sure would be happy with Di... Dyno My Piano (aka. Tri Stereo Chorus) as a standalone plugin, so that I could use more than just two or three plugins in my projects in future, before things go sideways. Oh and as you'd be on non guitar stuff, maybe make the Hammond plugin work in Cakewalk. For now I just use other organs.
