Can't find documentation on Collective... No video at OP's link. Found it, see below It appears to be abandoned or at least neglected as there is no mention or connected links on website but based on link in OP it is still sold if you can find it... What is it and does it only work with Waveform? No, 23/64 bit VSTs and 32/64 bit AAX versions. Looks like I own a copy... I bought into Waveform a couple of versions back, but never took to it.

I wish it came with Sampletank 4 instead 3 + 4SE... Not really that hep on Miroslav, but I would get all the AmpliTube gear (pedals & extras) that I'd only get thru the Custom Shop or by buying AmpliTube Max.

The Korg Software Pass dumped my installers in my temp folder, not my recycle bin. You can get there easily but opening Windows File Explorer (hot key Win + E) and entering %TEMP%

On April 11th I went through all the LABs patches and found 5 broken, then contacted SpitFire support. Since I contacted SpitFire Moon Guitar has been updated and now Rare Groove Piano... No idea what 'update you accordingly' means - I have not received any additional emails..., maybe that the updates will at some point be available to my account.

I never had a problem with my orders - but if you have an issue, getting tech support can be frustrating. In my case I received dead links for Renegade Mini with my order. But all good now.

Well dang... I got an email today and they fixed my Renegade Mini download link. Took 9 days... but they fixed issue, got back to me and thanked me for my patience.

Depends on what you are looking for... A Guitar VST like TH3 will process you playing palm mutes on your guitar (similar to using a guitar amp). In this case you're not simulating pal mutes your playing them. If you're looking for something that going to take already recorded guitar sounds and make them sound like palm-muted notes ...maybe, but the results would probably not be what you're looking for. I mean you could probably craft an FX chain to do that but lot of effort for minimal payoff. If you really want to go that route talk to your friend Google and you can find a thread or 2 describing the technique. If you're looking for realistic sounding palm mutes and don't want to use a guitar to create them - there are a number of Kontakt libs that have sampled palm mutes. Here's a freebie: https://forums.envato.com/t/free-palm-muted-guitar-for-corporate-music/7644/4 Sample of sound: test1.mp3 It will take a licensed version of Kontakt to use it though, and then you could TH3 (or a number of other plugins) to 'amp' it up. Or here's one of Orange Tree Samples commercial libraries. If I recall correctly many of their guitar libraries include palm muted patches and can be used by the free Kontakt player.

I just fired up the installer to log out and back in and it showed up! Downloading now.

What the hell is Spitfire actually optimizing with that option? I've not done it because I've not found any info. I've seen with some companies where optimization meant downgrading samples - for example from 24bit to 16 bit or worse. If it was a step up you would figure that all new additions would be pre-optimized prior to delivery but they're not. Or if it was that great a feature they'd be bragging about it.

No Dulcimer update here either, mine's 1.03.

Hope I'm wrong but I suspect this sale was a cash grab before they fade away into the sunset and that assets will be licensed off to Plugin Boutique and other resellers.

Hi Grem, I've found that I get better deals than BF but waiting for NI's 1/2 annual off sale (sorry but I forget when they do it) and then buying their stuff through a reseller like JRR or PluginBoutique. Don't know if that changed last BF but it was true before. Lot's of fantastic stuff for Kontact free & otherwise.
