I use to have that problem. But with a sense of firm resolve, sheer determination and a clear lack of establishing priorities I've managed to cut that number down to 350.

I subscribed to Adobe for years. It's a great package if it generates income for you (as when I was a web designer/programmer) or if you have someone else is paying the bill. Otherwise paying $600 a year (or $360 if you can hold out for the new user or we miss you specials) for something that evaporates the moment your subscription expires is foolish. It's like if Waves billed you for WUP on a monthly or yearly basis and if you missed a payment all their plugins stopped working. It's their commercial customers that let Adobe thrive with their subscription scheme, that and Adobe's ruthless constant vigilance of their licensing. Large firms get audited (where every workstation gets scanned for Adobe software) on a regular basis for potential license abuse.

You'd think with all the claims they'd have a slew of audio demos showcasing it's great processing... but no. Doesn't mean that it's not good but there's a lot of cheaper competition out there for the moths in our wallets - for example Waves OVOX and iZotope VocalSynth. While it will probably be a bit pricey Zynaptiq's Orange Vocoder IV with Windows support (VST 2.4 & VST3 versions) is supposed to be coming out soon.

Demo links not working...

Used to use PSPro back when and it was very handy. At the time there were a couple of things that it could do easier & better than Photoshop. The default is to move them but if you specify the same folder as where they were previously that's where they'll go. I didn't see the point in having them go into their own folder.
