Well, first you decide that given that you need a new controller keyboard anyway you might as well look into the idea of buying one of theirs, which comes with Analog lab, which in turn would give you an upgrade path to v-collection. I think whether something is a good deal or not depends very much on the individual. One man's junk is another man's treasure and all that....... There's so much marketing BS around "sale" prices these days that to me the only question that anyone really needs to ask themselves is whether that product at that current price is "worth it" to them and then then act accordingly.

In a money no object setting I would buy that synth just to have it in the room looking cool. I have no need for it and no idea if it's any good, but it looks like something that somebody who knew what they were doing would have.

(up to 60% off deals are also on their own website) Joe public who may have never bought an AAS product in his life can buy CV-1 for $49, yet in my "Custom" deals as Tassman owner (I also have every version of every other synth they have btw) I can crossgrade to CV-1 for ONLY $69 ! ? TBH CV-1 doesn't really do anything for me, so I don't want it anyway, just saying that if I did want it, why would I want to "crossgrade" when I can already buy it anyway for $20 less?
