  1. Hi. Mine did nothing. Downloaded it directly, but had March 1st as release date. (Still stuck on getting v 12 activated). All the best.
  2. They have a free demo. Here are the Demo limitations: https://harrisonconsoles.com/mixbus-demo-limitations/ And here is the software download page: https://harrisonconsoles.com/harrison-software-downloads/ All the best.
  3. Hi. I know you've not asked this, but have you ever listened to the Fluid FX80 (Coaxial design)? If you have a chance, I would have a listen to them. I have a set, and love them. I have listened to many good/great monitors in everything from normal, to high end studios. These punch way above their price class. Of course they can't compete with the likes of geithain, ATC or the likes. But had a wider, more precise and defined sweet spot than many twice their price. All the best.
  4. This is my favorite of all the Console 1 expansions. It's by no means a surgical channel strip, but a broad strokes one. All the best.
  5. Thanks for listening and the positive feedback, bdickens. I wanted to add a bit to an otherwise sparse arrangement, with guitars and strings etc. All the best.
  6. Welcome back. I got my 1st 7 string last summer. It's an (just) Ibanez GIO, but I really enjoy playing it. All the best.
  7. Thanks for listening and the positive feedback, Nigel. It is an ominous/dark lyrics, so I did what I hoped would back that up. All the best.
  8. Thanks for listening and the positive feedback, Jack. All the best.
  9. Thanks mate. And thanks for lending me your ears as always.
  10. Thanks for listening and the positive feedback, Steve. All the best.
  11. Thanks for listening and positive feedback Tom. All the best.
  12. Thanks for listening and the positive feedback, Tim. All the best.
  13. Thanks for listening and the positive feedback, Lasse. The low voice was the main vocal, until I recorded what was meant to be the BGV. Then I switched them around. Will keep that in mind for later. All the best.
  14. A cover I just did of Megadeth's Dawn patrol. Feedback appreciated. All the best.
  15. I bought a Focusrite Solo 3 years ago to use with my laptop (have since been replaced with UAD Solo USB), and haven't used it since, so can't really comment on the stability.
  16. I totally understand. I have not had any luck with ASIO4ALL, which is why I recommended as I did. I've only had slow and prone to crash DAW's when using it with my laptop(s) (before I got an AI for that as well).
  17. Hi. Is your ADAT('s) taken as well? Not sure which RME you have. If not. perhaps a 8 channel ADAT (ADA 8200, which I have, and am very pleased with) expansion? Or if finances allows, perhaps look at a 2nd RME of some kind that has ADAT. or the individual inputs you need. (FF400 or the like is quite fairly priced these days) If not possible, I think I'd try WASAPI, if that allows aggregate devices before ASIO4ALL. All the best.
  18. Not yet. Isn't that a 32nd note, or is it 16th? I heard a 1024 note being described as you did, and it was looong
  19. I know Marylin Manson did a cover of both these (Sweet dreams and Tainted love), so I'm gonna pass on that, and do another one instead. It is actually already well under way.
  20. Thanks for listening, and the positive feedback Tom?
  21. At least it is cheap...
  22. Happy birthday Larry! And happy birthday to Mark!
