If you don't get one, go to your account and fill out a sales support ticket.

Try going to Preference /?/VST and doing a Reset. If you have your scaring set to Auto it will start a VST scan right after you press Reset. If not, then after pressing Reat, press Scan. Not at my computer so I can't remember what's the heading for the ? above.
