It's been a long long time since this came up, but I think you are correct. However, if I am not mistaken, all the older EZXP were updated to 24bit when ED2 hit the scene. Not all right away, but they all eventually became 24bit.

I haven't had any issues with Waves new versions. And I would suggest to those that do to run that version organizer. From what I gather from talking to a few people is that Waves is still trying to keep backward compatibility with the last three versions all together on the same system. Some stuff they no longer use so it's not in the new WaveShell. But the older stuff needs the old WaveShell. Some stuff is used with live mixers/dj's and such and they use the Soundgrid app. Certain WaveShell are needed for that. And then there's the ability to have your Waves license on a USB stick and all of your presets for all Waves plugins that you use on your projects, so big producers can hop on a plane and fly around the world to another studio and plug their USB stick in and have use of the Waves plugins installed on that studio computer, presets and all!! And it's just on and on. I am surprised they keep it going at all!!

Don't know if you have Vitamin already, but if not, give that a go. Lots of fun there! This is so true. You can use the comp C1 or Audio Track on all of your tracks and not take a huge hit on your cpu. And both of those plugins are outstanding. The C1 comp reminds me of the Sonitus comp, clean, transparent, easy to use, and no cpu hit. If you want more colorful comp, try the V Comp.

You will not be dissapointed. There is not a dud in the Gold bundle. Old UI maybe, but they all still work extremely well. And if you bought from Koby over at everyplugin.com, you ain't got nothing to worry about. He will fix you up. He's never let me down, or anyone else that I know of. Customer service over there is outstanding. If there is something wrong, he'll fix it.

This is a great deal!! Just think Larry, back in the day this would have never ever happened!! : ) Sure glad times are a changin!!

@DeeringAmps Tom the 660p Series of M.2 drives from Intel use a new type of memory tech that is able to get more storage in the memory chips, but it's not as fast as other type memory chips. And you have to remember, they are comparing the 660p Series to other M.2 drives such as the EVO 960 Pro drives (> $1400!!! for 2TB).

So I knew I registered the Classic Keys after I purchased it, but didn't know how long after. Well, turns out it was much later in the day, but not late enough. : ( However.... Checking into this purchase and looking at "My Products" I realized that I was missing something.... my recent Dream Machine purchase from BF!! And I thought, no, this won't work. Ah.... but it did!!! I got an extra sound pack too!! Got the Dream Machine for <$24... so that would be < $13 per expansion!! I chose the Pipe Organ as my freebie. I got almost all the rest. Sure pays to visit here!! Thanks Larry and PAL Music.

I saw this and was really glad to see large capacity M.2 drives coming down in price. It may not be the fastest drive out there, but it's makes up for it in the bang-for-buck department.

Not to get off topic here, but I have generated midi chord progressions and melody lines with midi generating programs, then took that and brought it into EZ Keys and have had excellent results. EZ Keys gives the generated midi a real human feel to it. So if you don't have EZkeys yet, this deal is a excellent way to get this great EZ midi engine into your tool box.

I grabbed this. It told me I got 7 products with this purchase. the three plugins and some add-on packs.

I picked up the American Classics Rig pack. Thanks Larry!! Merry Christmas ma brudda!!

The Black Box is nice. Phil's Cascade is too.

Stach has some of the most recognizable sounds coming out of his gear, no matter what he uses. To get some of that tone requires IK to model a amp I can get out of Walmart makes no difference to me.

Let me go see what they are offering me!!

I have seen SOTL but it's been a while. While I remember the plot of the movie, the only thing I really remember was he was always saying "Clarice". And I really like Jay and Silent Bob stuff. So now you got me going look this up!!

I never heard of this type of audio processing. Have to wonder if any artifacts will be a problem? Sure that a fiber connection would eliminate any lag, but the processing of the audio...... I have to wonder.

I really don't think @synthmeistermeant anything bad Chris, but I did get a good chuckle out of your response!! And no I wouldn't even try and get that item. If you do get something, as you said it would be fake.

@Simeon Amburgey my build is going slowly too! Wanting to be sure so I am taking my time, and as I try to take my time and do a good job, life happens! This is the longest build I have ever done!!

@Scott Mire Welcome to the forum! Thanks for taking the time to answer questions and give us additional info about the company and who works there. Really good to know. I have Revalver and was a user of it when AC had it before PV. I will make a pass to the new website and keep an eye out for what ya'll come up with. Looking forward to the new stuff.
