    Free IK 670 Thread

Didn't realize that would trigger a rule to hide thread. Oh well, guess all's well now!! Thanks Mark
  2. Somebody must have said something to them. Because I went to the site and looked at the Shadow Hills comp images again and 4 out of the 5 pics didn't have the DAW in them anymore!! They were the full size!! My point Piotr is your email may get results!! Lets hope. I wasted my $50 voucher last month. And haven't used my $50 voucher this month.... yet.
  3. What I can never understand about PA is when you click on the "Image" it shows a big pic of some DAW and the plugin inside that. To me that makes no sense. If I want to see a DAW, I'll go to that website and look at their images!! IOW, if your going to show an image that bi, make it all of your plugin!!
  4. Excellent comp from IK. This is my fav sim of this comp. I remember getting this and some other things from IK in the Tracks BOGx long ago. Then Waves started selling their stuff cheap. SO I thought if IK's emulation of these comps and EQ's sound this good, Waves will sound better. I was wrong. I don't like the Pugi comps and EQ as much as I love the IK versions. So if you get this for free.... grab it! It's a really good sound comp.
  5. All I had was 27 credits. And the only option is to buy 100 or 150 credits. So I went with the 150. But it won't let me buy Sunset unless I upgrade Tracks! And since I am at work with my Suface and on cell, I won't update that thing till I get home. Sad... just not buyer freindly at all are they!! : )
  6. I like them solo buttons on both the dry and wet signals. Great idea. Little over $100 with JP? Might think about this.....
  7. PSP seems to excel in the reverb department. The 2445, the SpringBox and the Pianoverbs are all excellent reverbs. Love the character of that SpringBox. It surprised the hell out of me how really good sounding and versatile it is. Last time I was surprised like that was when I demoed Abbey Road Plates.

    Melda 8

Looked at that and I think I will get it.
  9. I remember my first HD was a 1.2gb and my freind said I'd never fill it up!! I heard Seagate is working on 80TB drives!!! Mostly for servers but still, 80TB!!
  10. Wow!! Roughly: $14 per TB or <$0.02per GB. Someone check my math!!!
  11. Exactly my thoughts. And for the quality..... no brainer at the $29 price!!
  12. I was going to say the same thing. As far as the Kings Microphones, I have it and have never used it. I have heard that it has it's uses. I have never come across a use yet.
  13. No. In fact they have versions available to install all the way back to v6. I started with them on v8 and have quite a few still at version 9. But I also have a lot at v11. And I love Waves stuff. Great sounding, easy to use, works as expected. If I was to complain, (and I have let them know numerous times) is the install program WC. It's gotten better, but still leaves a lot to be desired. It installs stuff all over without any permission from you. They have their reasons, and I understand them, but I still don't like it. All I want is a 64bit vst3 version in my vst3 folder. Not all the other bs that comes along with it. [rant over!] And I'll say again: I love Waves stuff. Great sounding, easy to use, works as expected.
  14. Exactly. Agree on both accounts. I bought the amp sim suite they have RockRack, and at first it was like, yeah this sounds good. But after a while, and switching between other sims, I got to thinking that these amps are not all that. So I thought the Megasingle/dual would be better, so I got them. But I never fire them up at all. I rather Mercuriall Reaxis and Amplitube Mesa. I also went with the ENGL 646. It's OK but not something I really use. All I can say about PA amp sims is I am left feeling a lot like Soundwise says, it just don't feel/sound right.
  15. Wow!! This would be one to grab. In fact, all Melda's free plugins are worth getting and learning. Not a dud in the bunch. And there are 37 free plugins in that bundle!! 37!!
  16. Me too. Got lots of stuff from them at good prices. Made gigging 3-4 times a week a lot cheaper.
  17. I do like all of EZ Keys Midi packs. They are created to be very useful for almost anything.
