A Referral code is just a code that everyone gets who bought one item through Melda's website. It gives first time buyers 20% off and the one who gave you the ref code gets 10% back in credits. I've sent you a PM if you want to use mine. There are indeed a whole lot of toys to play with, especially when it comes to Melda ?

My guess would be 20th Anniversary...
-
You misunderstood that completely. I was just saying that if someone decides to use my ref code I could also give them a plugin code I have lying around (not a Melda plugin). I also clearly stated that there are others who deserve their ref code to be used, cclarry would be at the top of the list of that, given how much work he puts into the forum. I have no clue if he already has MComplete or not though.

I have a referral code if someone wants to use that one (PM me), I could really use some help to get towards that complete bundle as my funds are pretty much non-existent?. However, there are many on this forum who deserve to have their referral code be used so it's your choice. Melda rules. PS: I could also trade in an unregistered plugin here or there in exchange for your purchase with my ref code

My guess would be that this should be the case, but hit up Steinberg's Support to be sure. -

So looks like this is piggybacking on Adobe's Creative Cloud ToS changes (https://www.reddit.com/r/Adobe/comments/1d9qvfn/megathread_discussion_around_creative_cloud_terms/) to get some of those disgruntled users over to Affinity.

If you've needed and used it the last months you haven't wasted anything. Does anyone know how long this Flash Sale will last? Can't find anything on their site.

That was by far the biggest sale on Bitwig AFAIK. I wouldn't get my hopes up to see such a sale again in the near future, but who knows? Maybe the Bitwig team will see this sale as a huge success and do it more often. -

To be fair to Bitwig, all the questions that have been asked here are clearly answered in their FAQ: Will my license be automatically registered after purchase? (Link) How does the 12-month Upgrade Plan work? (Link) -

You can choose the "buy as a gift" option on checkout if you buy through their site. They then send the code via E'-mail as far as I know. And yes @Sander Verstraten you can just wait with the activation of your upgrade plan.
