This is not about me, but about people's favourites. I can pick out what I like, and so can everyone else. We might all get surprised this way.

So after successfully dodging buying Kontakt Full for years so I wouldn't buy a million libraries (and SSDs), I had to cave because someone on KVR was selling Kontakt 7 for ridiculously cheap. With easter coming up and already looking at summer deals or even BF, what deals for Kontakt libraries do I need to look out for? What are some of your favourite libraries? Must-haves? Secret weapons? I've seen the Sampletekk and Alex Pfeffer deals, but there's probably a ton of similar stuff I'm unaware of.

I own all of the single plugins but I can upgrade to the bundle for $19.99. Wait what?

I used to own the AAS complete bundle and was disappointed pretty badly by everything except String Studio, but Strum is honestly so bad that I can't imagine anyone ever using it for anything. Not even demos. It sounds way too bad to replace actual guitars and it also doesn't work as a "cool synth guitar" or anything like that. There's at best a dozen vaguely usable sounds among hundreds and hundreds of presets. Then again, it's not like anyone else has pulled off physically modelling guitars to an even half-believable extent.

This was hyped to no end on GS but I tested it against Arousor and it was clearly inferior. ?‍♂️

This doesn't work for NFR or 2nd hand licences. I imagine the freebie ones are NFR. You need to message support and they'll provide a discount code.

They should be able to check your iLok for the licence, Soundtoys and Eventide do it, for example.
