I own many 8dio products and NEVER get crossgrade codes.

I wouldnt bother editing them out as the codes are everwhere , many commpanies allow crossgrades without actually owning any products. ?

These are not sales, they are crossgrade codes.

Different beasts really. Live session view is a springboard for getting ideas down quick, I always finish off in a linear daw, cubase, reaper, pro tools over the years. ?

That thing where Devs make upgrades worse. ?

Sure but they didn't update many plugins to hires untill the day after taking away the chance to vanished.

Plus there was no mention (as far as I could see) about stopping updates, only about registering unused serials.

I didn't update some plugins to 14 becuase they updated to 14 but didn't add HiDpi (the only reason I would of updated) now I can't. there are no excuses for this.

So waves update some plugins to HiDpi the day after stopping updates. Nice ?

If waves had a shred of decency they would update all existing users to the latest version. But let's be honest even most v14 didn't get HiDpi updates.
