very quick update - and remember I'm a guitar player not a keyboard player and I don't think I'm skilled enough to bringing out the nuances of what it is capable of...... it's very much in the mould of the other Gforce synths - ie could do with a bit of an update generally, but it does sound very good indeed. I'm not capable of giving a Zo type review but I the bottom line is that it only cost about £34 from JRR . I'm very much a 'preset' player - and there are a LOT of presets to work through. @ZincT I'd recommend you go for it

^^^ I kind of agree with this but this difference with most subscription type services is that TT are offering loads and loads of expansion that only work in SD3. In many ways SD3 is the gateway drug to the expansions. Other companies even offer the "player" for free to hook you in. Obviously just my opinion (!) but just seems like a bad way to build a business. People who own SD2 are exactly the same people who are invested in the infrastructure - why p*ss them off ?

I always felt good about TT before - but no customer should EVER be held to ransom. I notice they do an EZdrums to SD3 upgrade though....insult after injury

"maybe" it's ok if they do special early price for upgrades - then the price goes up...but there should always be an upgrade price

ahh - that's not great fortunately I've got a twitchy trigger finger but I would be really annoyed considering how much of my money they had. It's seems bit odd too - why not encourage people onto the new platform so they can continue to buy the latest packs. As you say, bad business.

It's been a whilst since I checked but they used to be pretty good about giving extra if you need to . Drop support an email...having said that support has been pretty poor in that last few months so who knows I think you can check your licences here: https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/manage-plugins.html but I also can't see how many deletions you have ? the FAQ says "The deletion limit is a way to prevent abuse, but we do understand that it can be an inconvenience, so we're pretty flexible. If you find that you're getting low on deletions, just contact support and explain why you need to reset your count"

fwiw - I picked up EMT2445 for $29 at audiodeluxe last year - with an extra 10% voucher code. So it's not impossible that they will drop it into this sale.
