yes - I have the wah (3607) - very solid, a good range of sounds. At $12.60 it's hard not to recommend it.

true (ish) they tended to do plugin deals @ $29 - so they did get a few $$$ The correct solution was to lock the vouchers to the the user they were issued to. That's a totally trivial thing for them to code....but they decided that they wanted to use that as an excuse to introduce a minimum spend (that's my theory anyway)
