  1. Drew, thanks for replying. On a personal level, the very best of luck. BFD in essence was (is!) a great product.
  2. there's an UG15 voucher code - don't know if it works on this ?
  3. thanks for the reply - are you planning on fixing up some of the remaining issues with BFD3. We saw the beta that came out a week or so ago but the release schedule essentially ground to a halt.
  4. Hi Drew, and welcome BFD has been effectively dead for years ? I say this as somebody who has been with you since the very beginning and have most of the expansions. Take a look at your own forums - 99% spam and unanswered problems. Support is essentially zero at this point - tickets are basically ignored. BFD3 came out in 2013 IIRC ....meanwhile toontrack has moved on in leaps and bounds.......you've stayed still and not just with your time with ROLI. When will we see this 'change' you are suggesting is about to happen ?
  5. yeah same here - got through in the end though
  6. When they email you the code it says "Here is your $10 gift code redeemable on any order up to or over $50 on the Audio Plugin Deals website." when you try to use it APD says "The minimum spend for this coupon is $50.00" fail !
  7. hi @ensconced where are those quotes from ?
  8. not good news for anybody - especially the staff I think.
  9. bump as updates available for ms-20, Polysix, Monopoly and watch that temp folder disappear into your recycle bin ! - you might want to 'restore' it before doing the download as I suspect the update will fail if not
  10. is this ilok ? if you by the PC/mac version do you get the IOS version too ? can't seem to find out on the eventide site.
  11. but it's not really a reverb there is a demo http://www.zynaptiq.com/adaptiverb/
  12. run the XLN online installer to update wonder if there is a new product in the pipeline ?

    HorNET Spring Sale

    phew !!
  14. did that for me - but quit and run it again after you've installed and it dumps the temp folder itself in the bin, or at least it did for me
  15. https://www.steinberg.net/en/home.html (link it too long and messy to post so click on the homepage) VST Connect Pro 50% discount until June 30. Don't think I've seen this on sale before BEWARE - this is only any use if you use cubase/nuendo both of which come with the SE version and despite being nearly 10 years old it's most certainly a work in progress. The PRO versions gives a few extra features (some of which do NOT work well !) but more features are in the pipeline very soon I understand. I've got very very familiar with this software over the last few months - so feel free to ask questions.

  16. 2.0.13
  17. wonder if the "abbey road" licence has run out ?
  18. looks great to me too wonder if they will backdate that kind of technology to easy keys - I'd love auto generated piano parts
  19. probably - you could just change permissions (probably) but seems like more pain than gain. I'll wait for the fix I think - let's be honest it's taken years and years to get these plugs updated, they probably won't change again until 2029 (seriously - does look like they are giving some love to these at the moment - let's hope it continues)
  20. just got off a chat with them (very helpful) - they know about the issues and they are working to provide updates....and yes they scale and delay the updates on a per user basis. They said they had 3 million users (!!!)
  21. I think I'll hang fire on that .......thanks for the update though
  22. oh no - not this again !!!! hang on - it's there for me (still no reply from spitfire about the errors on the strings - I'm getting them on chat now (I've given them plenty of money over the years so they owe me some support !)
  23. in these circumstances I just dispute anyway - that normally focuses the mind.
  24. hopefully nothing important but some software requires it to be there (including the Korg software!) - things like the ilok manager - I normally empty the recycle bin all the time (OCD!) make sure you have a temp folder there and all will be good - reboot too as some software could have been made a bit upset. Still can't believe how slack that was of Korg - doesn't do it first time you start it up but does it after that ......Think it's trying to clean up after itself if it's any consolation I've been having a 'mare. Today has been computer housekeeping day - backups etc - spotted that windows defender had crashed, wouldn't restart, made me very nervous. Rebooted and had a GPT bootsector error, something corrupted (USB backup disk was still plugged in and it tried to boot off it) - windows defender crashed again - then folders started disappearing........Was sure I had a 'virtual' virus (still better than having a real one) Think I've got to the bottom off all the issues now - just in time for wine-o-clock
  25. at least it dumps it in your recycle bin and doesn't permanently delete it....what a pain legacycell also dumps an older version of some of the plugs in another folder - so you can up with duplicates pretty ugly - although the new GUIs are nice !
