hi razor! i've been using Daws since about 1999, when i started with a roland VS880ex machine, technically a 'self contained daw'. i use them to record my original music. i use them more or less, as a digital 'tape machine', since the bulk of what i do are microphone-recorded performances, and multi-tracked songs recorded in real time, same as i used to use tape machines for. i have 3 full length albums released on CDBaby, and i've produced or co-produced 3 other artists' albums.

i simply threaten mine with high voltage. works every time.

i thnk this is a case of operator error.
