Thanks Rik. Appreciate. I'll check that out.

A tribute to spring with melting snow, dripping from roofs and birds singing again, a relief after a long and cold winter. https://on.soundcloud.com/2Y8DT

I don't know much about this genre but certainly realize the skills behind this piece. I like the harmonies and the synth's sounds you picked. Good vibes!

Beautiful harmonies and melodies. I get vibes of Steely Dan. From my personal standpoint I'd like a mix with less reverb and clearer low frequencies. Sounds a bit muddy there right now. Composition is great.

Nice. I once played at least the intro on this song. Sounds perhaps a bit too quantizised but very true that the original which shows the awesome quality of the composition. Martha must have been a very inspiring dog.

Thanks a million! ??

Nice to hear you have the same aim with the guitar. My intentions are almost always to develop a tune into a song with a vocalist and some good lyrics. Unfortunately the inspiration goes down after the first musical part. Thanks for the listening!

Just testing out the Instrument. Hopefully it will add some inspiration to composing new stuff. What bothers me is that midi recordnings renders different tones than the original sound while öive playing sounds different. The change is not huge. This is true for the VST3-version while VST2.-version in spite of fully installed and showing up in the Plug-in Manager and anabled but is not to be found in Cakewalk Instrument-menu. I have not a clue why that is.

Thanks Nigel! I reluctantly agree, the guitar sounds a bit funny. I guess I have to record it again with a real 12 stringed guitar.

Many thanks Jack!

Can't beleive it, the link was gone(?). Hope it works ok now. Sorry for the mess.

Awesome competence and craftmanship. I get vibes from Zawinul and Frank Zappa but still originality. Brilliant!

Pleasant and relaxing tune and instruments nicely picked. Noticed a drop out from the rythm guitar at around 60 sec?

First mix was a disaster. I have worked with this day and night (phew!) and finally I am pleased the result. Any feedback is appreciated.

Cool. I always find myself overwhelmed by the plethora of sounds available in vst-synths. I think you have done some great cherry picking, congrats!

Slight melancholia in this tune originally recorded on an emulated 12 stringed guitar on Line 6. I sold it a long time ago. Then I transferred the audio to midi and tried 8DIO's Solo 12 stringed guitar which I think sounds better. Perhaps the song needs a middle eight section? March 1: Finally put my last(?) hand on this. March 5 edit: Link gone to the new version(?). Anyway, put on a real 12 strunged guitar (Yamaha) this time in order to hopefully make it sound more realistic.

Nice melodies and good craftsmanship. The production is very good especially on the vocals. I like the somewhat dreamish sound scape which the slow tempo emphasizes. Perhaps the congas go in the opposite direction and cause some tension, intended?

Beautiful tune nicely arranged and well performed. Sound quality and mix perfect as well. Is it live?
