  1. If "that" folder owner had seen the picture above, he probably would have deleted it. (At least I hope he would!?)
  2. Reminds me of when this guy claimed to have invented an anti-gravity chair and wanted us to see his first test. He sat on it, pressed a button, and... we never saw him again!
  3. Ha! Ok, I sit corrected! (But that's Ringo in the front left.) ?
  4. Sorry Razor, but only Ringo would wear a turtle-neck sweater! ?
  5. Well, look at the bright side Bill! At least you can have legal weed where you live. Oh... wait... ?
  6. I actually had this typed into the reply box, got distracted and forgot to hit submit. Then, when I came back, Strummy had taken the bait first! Good job Steve!
  7. Back in 2003 I had just ended my consulting contract in Orange County California which allowed me to move up to the Pacific Northwest where I intended to find a large house and make a studio (and did!). Since I wasn't working, I would spend weird hours checking out eBay auctions to snipe awesome gear for cheap. ?
  8. A truly "heavy metal" throne, eh? ?
  9. Heh, that "other" Craig made a lot of money off me! I would religiously buy his books with each upgrade. I've always been an RTFM kind of guy. ?
  10. Yep. 'Tis the one I had too (actually, after three years of wanting to, I finally spent 12(!) hours unpacking, sorting, grabbing some stuff into a cargo van, and repacking my storage unit yesterday before passing out for another 12 hours. A couple of the boxes I grabbed have what's left of my music gear in them so I wonder if I'll find my Gina still in there!
  11. Still waiting for the Bapu Bunch, Bapu's Island and My Favorite Bapu! ?
  12. Is that offer in Lira? ? (Which equates to about $294 USD!)
  13. Which would be cheaper and more useful unless you're keeping promises! ?
  14. Are you kidding??! The ladies are very into older gents now (I'm guessing that all of the young studs were never taught proper manners). ??
  15. It has the real Paul in it and not the fake one? ?
  16. Dang! $18 for two coffees???! Well Dave, after reading your post, I think my last trip to Vegas was the one I took back in the 90's! When I was touring playing darts (mid-80's), I used to go to the Strip twice a year. The Sahara on one end and the Hacienda on the other (both hotels are gone now). I would play Black Jack at $10 (or more) per hand and get rated by the Pit Boss which would usually get me a free hotel room. Of course, once that was done, I'd stop playing! I was good enough to almost break even so it only cost me an hour of my time and a couple of bucks. With all the buffets and free drinks I always stayed cheap. Not any more I guess! Sounds like you're doing it for all the right reasons though! ??
  17. Mind if I take a Slow Ride?
  18. Can't stand laptop trackpads! I have an inexpensive, small, wireless Logitech mouse that accompanies each of my laptops.
  19. Throughout the years Intel has always had more overclock room than AMD. Basically, ALL Intel chips are meant to be for the best/fastest group, however, they test each using a very large tolerance and sell the ones that just don't nail all the benchmarks as lower grade chips. AMD was never as good as Intel so they would sell their chips with very little tolerance over what they're spec'ed at. This is why you can often get lucky and buy an Intel chip that will overclock quite a bit, but you can hardly overclock AMD chips at all. That said, I'm with Jim on having either just provide rock-solid 5GHz across all cores so I don't have to toy with overclocking at all! ?
