I have Opal, Polymax and Brigade chorus but they don't give a cent of discount. What I'll do with duplicate licenses? Also I have alternative plugins from Softube, PA, Waves etc for all their plugins. I guess the quality of UAD is undisputed but I'll pass.

Yes, UAD doesn't care about customer loyalty, or you ending up with duplicates (or triplicates!)..  I really like some of them, but Softube, PA and even some Waves plugins hold their own against them and in some cases are better. At some of the bundle prices I think they're worth it (Signature Bundle for example) and I like haveing them, but you're probably fine without them anyway and not missing much.

30 credits per month for $15 and some of the higher tier plugins are like 300 credits. Looks like you'd have to spend like $3000 to get all of them. They must be *****ing joking with this ****.

Pretty funny comments online.. people are totally saying it's not a subscription and that it's a great value way to buy the plugins ?‍♂️

Now we’ll get a whole load of people posting their referral codes. Here we go again.

It's not really worth bothering in this particular deal for them to. If someone takes advantage of this offer, then their first purchase is only $5 so the referral is non existent ?

  4. For new customers, on the United Plugins website, my Code UP9198165 should get 20% off for new customers and you get €10 credit to your account.

In theory that should mean if you buy one of €5 plugins first, you get it for €4 but you get €10 credit towards your next purchase.

Then on your next order, the other four cost €20 (i.e. 4 x €5), but you can take off €10 on that second order.

So you could get all 5 plugins for €14 at https://unitedplugins.com/ ?

    • FireCobra
    • MorphVerb
    • Royal Compressor
    • Transmutator
    • Quick AG

You can add other more expensive plugins to the first order and they will get 20% off, but the cheaper ones are best done as a second order.

The question is whether or not you would get a v. 3 free upgrade due to the grace period.

That's a really good thought and would be great if it did. I think it was only for people that bought directly from them. The dev seemed annoyed at some places even selling it at some stage because he hadn't authorised them to. I suspect he may have been referring to Best Service reselling them, which makes grace period less likely if that was the case.

Around 50 bucks with VAT. As I can get innovative stuff like the apulSoft bundle for this amount, my choice is clear.

PA is not really attractive any more, no no.

This was a good callout.. I had also been contemplating Sonimus Satson CS for $49, but I started looking into apulSoft after I remembered good reviews on a couple of their plugins and grabbed that instead of the channel strip. A lot more bang for buck and some really cool features with a lot of customisation and modulation.

Great plugins. Can't wait to test them all in-depth.

Hmmm, a lot of money for a bunch of lite versions.

On the NI / iZotope side yes, but some of those Brainworx ones are pretty decent.

Brainworx isn't well-known for their synths, but bx_oberhausen is great and if it was released by GForce or someone else, people would probably rave about it. It's got a pretty thick and analogish sound.

The Transient Designer Plus is very good and so is XLA 3. Even the the 4000G is reasonable too.

In the past we got some of those for cheap/free, but if someone didn't have them it's not that terrible a bundle for that money I don't think.

Just grabbed it and installed ..

Keep in mind that LOOPCLOUD sub do frequent enough sales like recent one @ 50% less per annum sub at the mo .. so the Studio Annual sub around €50.

So far over the last 2, 3 years I have got that cash back in spades via some really good FREE plugins like this one.

I think you can also just do a trial FREE for 30 days and get the free plugin too??

They were pretty reliable with them, but they took a break for a few months and it seemed like they may be testing the waters of not including them as a monthly bonus which made me hesitate a little. I haven't re-subscribed again since then yet.

You've tried all remaining serials? I know they've not all been used unless since this post.

These are all personal serials of mine received through other purchases and up until this point,  unused as I have full versions of each of them.

Sorry if that is the case but perhaps they have been used and not reported here?!

Non members likely snapped them up and haven't commented to say they've used them if I had to guess.

Yeah, I guess there’s a chance. I just want to get that DMX so if audiodeluxe doesn’t come through it’ll be JRR with GROUP (every plugin also has it for $21)

It doesn't hurt to wait and see how things pan out sometimes. I still plan on giving that one a demo first.

Ozone Elements isn't actually a terrible freebie either to be fair to them, it's just done the rounds so many times, as they always do.

Wonder if this is gonna get added to the Obe Bundle?

    The Bundle Shows it:

    https://www.gforcesoftware.com/products/the-oberheim-bundle/

I haven't checked what price the bundle was prior, but here is the RRP and sale price including it.

    ORIGINAL PRICE WAS: £249.99.
    CURRENT PRICE IS: £199.99.EX. VAT

I expect it might be like this though:

    Quote

I purchased the previous Oberheim Bundle, is there a crossgrade available for adding OB-X?

    • Yes. Registered owners of Oberheim SEM and/or Oberheim OB-E can cross-grade to Oberheim OB-X at a preferential rate. Please log in to your account and add OB-X to your basket to receive the discount.
    • This discount cannot be applied to second hand or transferred licences.

    Hi MM!

What gear ticks all the boxes you mention?

    Hey! ?

I'm still looking really.. there's been some others, Icon, Behringer, etc that I've considered too, but they sound like they've got some quality control issues and still not sure they're it..

But in terms of format, if I could replicate the 16 channel mixer I've got sitting beside me, but with motorized faders and then maybe a single channel plugin control on the side of that I'd be happy.

In each of those channels that gets me:

    • High pass filter
    • Input gain
    • EQ
      • High, High Mid, Low Mid, Low
    • AUX x 4
    • Pan
    • Fader
    •  Mute / Solo

Really I guess I'm after that hands on feel of mixing a whole track and getting the fundamentals (Levels, Pan, EQ) sitting where they should and being able to expressively ride faders and get movement in the tracks by panning multiple tracks in different directions at the same time.

That's one of the harder parts of working ITB, or Hybrid for me.

  13. I think I must be one of the few that might actually prefer the Console 1 Fader.

In the mixing phase is where I feel being able to adjust multiple faders at the same time would be more creative and organic sounding as I can't do that now with a mouse and keyboard (apart from Link Groups, etc, but then the changes need to be the same amounts)

If I think about HP / LP, gating, compression etc, that's where it often doesn't need to be done in real-time in response to changes in other tracks in general. EQ shaping multiple tracks at once would be good, but Console 1 doesn't do that, nor Fader.

This is still a little tempting and I can see why they split them, so they can be expanded easily, but I still don't think they got the format right for what I'd ideally like.

Apart from the PreSonus Faderport though, they're probably still one of the best options overall I've seen.

Faderport is a bit the same. It ticks some of the boxes, but I'm not sure I'm really sold on that either.

Maybe I'll wait and see what the new revisions of both of those include.. unless I end up buying one of these anyway ?

  14. I've had this for a while, but never got around to installing it, so I thought I'd give it a shot..

I'm appreciative because it's free, but this thing is REALLY bad.. so many other better free options out there, like Vital, SurgeXT, Vaporizer2 and many more...

When this was first out, it was very popular. I wonder if people still use it?

From when it's come up on here before, yes they do seem to and still regard it pretty highly. All time low is at most $89, so there's always time to give it a demo and then wait for that price.
