At the risk this is what the release notes say regards Mackie control and Cubase. Mackie control surface improvements, including performance enhancements and optional Universal and Cubase emulation modes that can be used if your control surface does not provide a dedicated Cakewalk/SONAR mode

OK OK as it happens given a chance there is something fermenting that will probably work best with some LP, Strat & maybe some Tele. I also hear a bell ?.

Thanks Nigel, yes their take on the MS-20 with the Korg arp unit persuaded me. The ffull Augmented strings and Voices seem quite usable but seem a touch off target of the original V collection objectives.
