I can't find TTS-1.dll

I originally run the cakewalk on my laptop, and there was no problem. And I installed the cakewalk on my computer today, but I can't see tts-1.dll in the computer files. I reinstalled the cakewalk and couldn't find it The shared DXi folder only has the grooveplayer. How can I get the tts-1?

Congratulations you are the first of probably many people who will ask this question. Roland asked Cakewalk to remove TTS-1 from further versions of Cakewalk. So you are the first person to discover this. 
I will be releasing a video later today that will explain alternatives. 

This will only be apparent to new installs on a computer that had no prior versions installed. 
I’m going to test today  using an older installer first. Then install the update. Many people will still have older versions as safety copies. I found a few in my old Download folder back ups . 
And most of us have the original Sonar so will not be affected. 
Only people who don’t have back ups who do a fresh install will be affected. 
But there’s alternatives which is what my video is about.
