Metronome - only play on 2 and 4

To practice jazz guitar, I want the metronome to only play on beats 2 and 4 and nothing else.  I've tried ways to get it to work, but it will always click on all beats and it always wants to treat the 1 as the first beat/click.  I want the 2 to be the first click.

If it's not possible, are there other ways I could achieve this?

Cakewalk v 2022.02 (build 039, 64-bit) - Windows 10.

Create a quick snare track & clip with hits just on the 2 & 4 then groove-loop it as long as you need.
