Colin Nicholls 353 Posted July 22, 2019 No good deed goes unpunished I see. Blogo, how about posting your requests in the Feedback Loop forum?
Jesse Jost 514 Posted July 23, 2019 @Blogospherianman thanks for taking the time to write up these issues! We'll investigate in subsequent development cycles. But we also want to be sure that nothing in your report was introduced as a side effect of work done for this release. Are you seeing anything in your list that is new as of 2019.07? Kevin Walsh 123 Posted July 23, 2019 Not sure if anyone else is seeing this. I'm deep into a session and I've just noticed that with smart tool selected and grid snap on and set to whole note, all my clips do not snap to the measure boundaries. I've not seen this before but it's entirely possible that this is expected behavior for some reason after some sequence of steps that I cannot remember taking. This build is on the whole much more stable, even with my Focusrite Solo 2nd Gen interface (not terribly impressed with the USB drivers for this interface.) Make sure your snap module is set to "snap to" instead of "snap by". Also check if you have landmarks enabled.
Kevin Walsh 123 Posted July 23, 2019 Well, you beat me to it. Somehow the setting reset to "snap by", thanks for jumping on that! I always have that set to "to" and it's been that way for so long that I've quite forgotten about it. I have to look up landmarks, not sure what that one is. I appreciate it! SteveC 147 Posted July 23, 2019 Loving the new Smart Tool options! It's so much easier to fly around when arranging without needing to specifically hit on the upper/lower halves of clips. And that's just the beginning...

Keni 86 Posted July 24, 2019 As with all the fixes, Thanks for fixing the VVocal issue. It appears to be fine now.
fitzj 33 Posted July 25, 2019 The file is only 18.574 MB. Is that correct for the fixes listed?
scook 2,473 Posted July 25, 2019 Yes, update installers are pretty small.

I guess that many fixes ought to weigh about a gigabyte but it's just an update installer, so it's really slim. Thanks for trying it out!
Noel Borthwick 1,856 Posted July 25, 2019 We can give you a bigger file if you prefer - we'll just pad it with silence 🤣
Jesse Jost 514 Posted July 25, 2019 Bug have mass don't they? With any luck, the installer will get smaller and smaller...
