TudS Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 Hello! I have the following issue, hope someone can help. I have purchased the maag eq4 from Plugin Alliance. Activated it, worked perfectly for weeks. Today I wanted to demo the Black Box HG-2 plugin and after I installed it via the Plugin Alliance Installer the maag 4 eq suddenly got disabled. A message appeared "error parsing license number 4" Also, the hg-2 cannot be activated. "Your session has expired". I deleted the plugin alliance folder in C:/user/me/appdata/roaming as they mentioned in the FAQ but it doesn't work. I've tried to load the maag in my old installation of Cakewalk Sonar 8 and there it works! Is there anything I can try? Thank you very much in advance! Theodor. Grem Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 (edited) You can try to reset then scan your plugins. Preferences/ File/VST Settings and you will see the Reset button. After you press that if CbB doesn't start to rescan automatically, click the Scan button and let it run. See if that works. I have Black Box and Maag 4. They are working on my Surface pro.
