  1. Sorry, I wasn't clear....yeah, all you mentioned is included in the headphones. The bundle is with the amp, hard shell case, and extra, extra cables. Good to know the m50x doesn't need anything to be driven.....$129 is a good price. Thanks for chiming in!!
  2. Thanks everyone for chiming in....a lot of very helpful tips. My ears aren't 'big' and the ath-m50x sounds very good to me....which is what I'm going with. Now that I see it's going for $129 at Amazon (just the headphones), not sure if I need to get the FiiO A1 amp and extra cables bundled for $165: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KMFGBFF/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B07KMFGBFF
  3. As appetizing as that sounds, I'm going to skip and say Good Morning lads!! Back to the fun stuff on a sloooow Monday.
  4. Is going for $5 'Bulldozer is part of our amplifier series, each of which brings a full guitar rig into one easy to use plugin! Bulldozer delivers a range of tones inspired by a legendary high gain amp known for tones that sound like a diesel engine on fire! Combined with a flexible pedal board and effects loop, as well as our Virtual Cabinet with optional IR loader, Bulldozer makes it easy to craft the perfect tone quickly!' https://www.audio-assault.com/bulldozer.php
  5. It's Cerberus time. Skipped it a few times, but not this time.
  6. This is also what I've been looking at and like how they sound. I saw this on Amazon and it's going for ~$149, but for another $15, saw this deal: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KMFGBFF/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B07KMFGBFF Good ya?
  7. Thanks guys for the suggestions, will start looking at all of them......keep em coming.
  8. Seems like I need to replace my (much loved) Ultrasone 750's (unless I find a reputable fixer). I spend a lot of DAW time with h-phones, so a comfortable set would be much appreciated. I'll be mostly using it for tracking and some general mixing....would also like it to be compatible with Sonarworks. What are some decent closed back H-phones under $200? (I know, I said decent and under $200 )
  9. Join the club Craig... Although I seem to be excited about Friday, I do have to work tomorrow AM for 5 hrs. Still I'm glad it's the weekend.
  10. My eulogy for the mighty FSF: Becan, Beer, & Buffoonery. RIP Yaaay, it's Fridaaaay!!
  11. Yes!! (to one of the points......the obvious one of course)
  12. Apology accepted butt, I_See_Bad_Moon_Rising
  13. Yes indeed Mike, very happy to see you're on the road to recover. My father went through the same procedure and it gave him another 20 years (with diet and exercise). Best wishes mate!!
  14. Good morning Gents!! Another bacon filled Thursday with a splash of coffee.
  15. I also got this sometime back (for $29), but it never has made it to the tracking stage.....especially with TH3, BIAS FX, Amplitube 4 etc....
  16. I haven't heard of Audio Assault's Grind Machine, but for $5 who can argue at this price point? Thanks Piotr for your post.
  17. After reading that list, I instantly sent it to my wife......I may be camping on the couch tonight.
  18. Yes indeed.....much needed. The closest to the green BAT I see is that emoticon 'Great Idea"....(I took the liberty and gave the BAT/GI to all 10 pages)
  19. I opened the L & R headphone to see if anything was broken or loose....everything looked good, so IDK. Yeah, I think I may need a new set...unless, I can find someone (reliable) to fix it.
