I like the idea of the song forum but it also seems a private club of people telling each other their songs are really great when they are actually ??  I was hoping for more , John, your song sucks, you better re do it from the ground up. We are all just to dang polite here.

John, if you post a song in the song forum I would gladly tell you it sucks.😁

  2. Larry, I really like the sound of the guitar and the bass.  I also like the way you explored different paths but always returned to the center.  I had cool imaginations of how this all came together.

honestly, there is just so much untapped talent and because of our wholly incompetent and corrupt Politicians, so much is going to waste😞

Hey, I thought you were talking about South Africa?😕

Great effort, long after people forget about your music they will remember your good deeds, especially if this is an endowment.

  4. Hello Rex, I am impressed with the quality of your recordings.  You are honing your studio skills and your dedication is really starting to show.  This is a nice and clean render.

I also appreciate that you touched on a subject that can cause distress in some circles.  That says a lot about who you are and the chances you will take.  If as you say "love is love" then I guess I would also say in a song forum a "song is a song."

To my ears this is a well arranged and recorded song, and that is what impresses me the most.

    the old folks say

    the path just isn't blazed

    so we amble awkwardly on

it seems as if we're walking to the long dark night

    the old mensay

    we are the locust

    gibberish

    the keg is running dry

the starlight shrivels like a raisin

    the old men say

    the old folks say

    we are the locust

    gibberish

However, once I went to my Products and Serial page at NI, and clicked on Download via Native Access, and NI updated Native Access to the already fully updated version on on my computer, the registration page opened.

Once I Kompleted the registration, the email with my "additional products" was delivered to my email.

Looks like NI is having an issue with some people (including me) not receiving the vouchers.
You'll need to open a support ticket.

I'm sorry to hear about that.  At least it looks like we have some time to get it sorted out.  The puzzle continues!

On the compare page on the NI site it says with std you get 1 PA voucher, with Ultimate 2x, and with CE 3x. The terms and conditions says they are buy any plugin for 29 vouchers.

I'm not sure if this will apply to anyone else.  I was wondering why I didn't receive confirmation of my vouchers.

The products from your upgrade will show in the Native Access you have installed previously, so I assumed I was registered.

Thanks for giving me clues to solve the puzzle.

    At the gate!

    From History Today

‘Eleven hundred and sixty-three years after the foundation of Rome,’ Gibbon pronounced, ‘the Imperial city, which had subdued and civilised so considerable a part of mankind, was delivered to the licentious fury of the tribes of Germany and Scythia.’

The licentious fury was not as bad as it could have been. Peter Heather, Professor of Medieval History at King’s College, London, has called it ‘one of the most civilised sacks of any city ever witnessed’. The palaces of the aristocracy were looted, Romans who resisted were killed and women raped by the Visigoths or by slaves who took the opportunity to revenge themselves on their masters. Yet not many buildings and monuments were destroyed and it was said that the attackers did not slaughter nearly as many of the inhabitants as they might have.

Being Arian Christians, the Visigoths respected Christian sites and treasures. According to one story, a group of them refused to steal rich gold and silver vessels when told that they belonged to St Peter and on Alaric’s orders the sacred objects were carried safely through the streets to St Peter’s Church, respectfully accompanied by a throng of Christian citizens who were only too glad to find sanct-uary there themselves. St Augustine told this story in City of God to help rebut allegations by pagans that the sack of Rome was the fault of the Christians, who had enraged the city’s pagan gods.

The Visigoths withdrew from the city after three days.
