  1. Since I post and check only the Deals section of the forum, that’s where I’m putting this.

This the first ever single I release. It’s with my group called ‘Aisyan’ with me singing with another female singer. It’s an original song called ‘I’m Losing You’ about the fear of losing a loved one through sickness and is inspired by the courageous fight of a teenager for 7 years against cancer before she lost her battle.

The song has been released last Friday, and you can listen for FREE in many ways through this link:

Falcon & expansions are now also on offer at Audiodeluxe. Might be cheaper than buying straight from UVI if you've got spacebucks in store.

But for the price difference, UVI usually gives vouchers at the beginning of a year based on the previous year's purchases directly on their website. Might be better in the long run.

Even though it's not my style, I really do respect how brutally honest you are in sharing your opinions, jngnz. It takes guts and I think it can inspire others to be more open when they find a library or plugin doesn't hit the mark. Plus, I find you hilarious.

If you did the same thing against one of the developers at VI Control with a personality cult and sycophants you'd be attacked. But in this community, you can share largely without that concern. A completely different vibe, I would attribute to the absence of pro composers and developers that attract wannabes as well as the ownership of this forum not being financially supported by developers. which is also a major factor.

You're telling us we're not pro composers? All right then, I'll wait next week for the release of my first ever single to change that lol

    Understood.

    Still a ******* bummer.

As I said earlier, I shudda stuck with Forever 29. That would have been a better deal for me. I was on it but I cancelled it (stoooooopid).

Depends how you see it. With sub, you have access to everything all the time, so even if you wait for the 10 plugins you want to get, you still have access to everything in the meantime.

If I had to do it all over again, I would stick with Forever29. Alas I did not do that.

I currently own all but that fancy SILVER BULLET v2, but will consider going to MEGA XXL in Jan of 2024, pay yearly up front the $299.99 and get the next 10 plugins that arrive in 2024.

Does anyone know if I have to redeem all 10 plugins at one time on the yearly plan that gives you the voucher(s?) up front?

Personally, I would go with their basic plan. You get 3 permanent plugins every year but access to everything all the time.  I wanted to get it when it was on intro price at 99$ a year, but something happened with Dirk Ulrich posting informations that ended up being false and from which I based a buying decision I would have done differently otherwise.  I tried to fix that, but had to deal with Lukas, which in my opinion is the worst customer rep ever and didn’t find a satisfying resolution.
