My Komplete 12 update arrived from Gear4Music this morning.

It comes in a small box (approx. 6 x 5 x 1.5 inches).

Inside the box is the 160Gb USB3 hard drive, USB3 HDD cable, card with serial number and various others cards and stickers.

Planning to install it this weekend.

Before even using an amp sim, it's easy to dial in a nice thick tone with the Axe....then add a sim and you're bound to get a smile on your face.

PG Music told me the current equivalent to the old EverythingPak is called UltraPak+ (see link to the old forum above) but as stated the cheapest time to buy is during their end of year sale.

Yes it was the enhancements I was referring to and I have made that clearer now in my post.

Will be interested in your views Larry as you now have it. Worthwhile upgrade? Must have killer features?

It's high on my list of next Audio Interface options. 

I just had a quick scout around at UK prices and right now it seems cheapest to buy from IKM direct as I can use maximum jam points (104.99 EUR) to bring the price down to around 265 GBP (converted from EUR) which includes courier delivery. Looking on eBay I can get around 100 GBP for my existing interface so it's pretty tempting 🤔 

The enhancements to the Mix Assitant feature looks like a great new addition at least to provide a fast starting point for mixes.

I thought it was odd that there was no Neutron 2 to 3 upgrade as I would expect a better price for that.

Yup they just confirmed on chat that Dronar was not supposed to be included! Also free shipping is for orders of £75 or more so might be better to use less points and lower it to £75 to get free shipping. I also keep getting endless loops using PayPal where I think I have paid but it takes me back to the T&S order page asking me to enter my phone number (which is already entered in my account).  Doesn't inspire me with confidence despite having made lots of orders with them in the past. 

Going to sit on it for a day or two. I don't need the freebie and maybe I should give my local store the business.

Plus as mono says it is early on in a long month.

Not heard back from T&S yet BUT...

• The free Dronar offer has disappeared.
• When you put Komplete update in your basket it includes "FREE Zero-G Kontakt Instrument worth £59.95"
• When you add loyalty points to your order the resulting calculations are wrong e.g. £79 minus £9 in loyalty points gives a total of £68.20 for me and it also wants to add shipping which I though was supposed to be free.

Just messaged T&S and received an automated reply :

Kinda tempted by the T&S boxed version as you effectively get a backup of the software on hard drive at no extra cost (in UK) and the Zero-G synth seems not half bad. 

Their site seems a bit weird at the moment though. When I add K12 update to my basket it automatically offers to add Dronar Hybrid library for free which it then charges 36 GBP for. What happened to the Free Zero-G Herz O G? 

Maybe they'll sort it out on Monday.

I will update to K12 but just waiting to see who has the best deal.

Whatdyaknow, it worked!!! All I did was re-authorise ST3 and American Acoustic is now unlocked in ST4!

Weird as American Acoustic was working fine in ST3 so it must have been authorised. 

I guess it was to do with it being already authorised before the ST4 installation.

Anyway, thanks Promidi and I trust that IKM will send you some support commission 🙄
