@ZincT how did you get the $124 offer? I got GS-2 and for me it's still $189..
Maybe because I also have Objeq delay and the Session Bundle (twice). It's the same offer I had at Christmas except they also added Stranger Strings sound pack then IIRC.

Thanks Zinc.
I got Shredspread (for free with that coupon) and just read your post now. It seems to fit the bill quite nicely and suited well for guitar work. I appreciate the details on Stereomaker and possibly might get that on the next 'freebie' coupon lol.
Cheers!!
No probs Mesh 👍🏻! I might also use my coupon on Shredspread, now if I could only pronounce it 🤦🏻♂️

I have been trialing Pigments since they offered it for $69 to V Collection owners (6 days so far) and have been very impressed.
Now I have to decide between this and the AAS collection half price upgrade which I keep putting off every time it comes up.
I am leaning towards Pigments as it seems to offer something different but maybe I should wait and see what's in Massive X (any day soon) before deciding. -

How is that Steroemaker plugin....anyone have it?
Hey Mesh, yes I have it too.
I use it in a similar way to Mike on acoustics but also on clean electric tracks to create some width when I don't want to add any effects that would achieve the same but add an effect (e.g. chorus/flange). There is a mono frequency control so that you can leave mono anything below that frequency which is useful for emulating that Boz pan knob. You can also solo the mid/side to isolate the mid (mono) and side (virtual stereo) signals to hear them in isolation. It looks as though there are some preset options but my preset list is blank. I notice in my account that there is an option to upgrade to Schoeps Mono Upmix for $49.

Run NA to update!
Thanks Larry. Could this be in preparation for the release of Massive X?

Also check your account for upgrade offers. I have a complete my collection offer for $124 (includes Chromaphone 2, Lounge Lizard EP-4, String Studio VS-3 and Ultra Analog VA-2 as I already own GS-2).

Also at 3rd parties e.g. https://www.jrrshop.com/aas?dir=asc&order=name

Yes, 20GB is real (though an estimate, won't be EXACTLY that but close) mostly due as suspected by some due to cymbals being sampled. Also, there is indeed no demo now as this is a pre-order as I see was pointed out and yes we are looking toward an early August release.
Thanks for confirming Peter. Must be some great sounding cymbals!

Thanks to the good Dr., I now have this fantastic free plugin.
Now to figure out what it does
Hey Mesh, had a quick play with the presets using my Tele and it sounds great. Wouldn't have paid 179 but excellent for free! GAS is even harder to resist when it's free 👍

I've got it for free, just clicked on "No Payment Information Required".
That worked for me, thanks DrShelder.

Just had 5 min to watch overview and it s really interresting and seems like a workflow sweety ...
anybody tried it ? Is the size 20 gb for real ? I skipped superior for size (and upgrade price lol)
Zo, I'm still waiting for Peter to reply to my query about what is using the 20Gb.
Maybe he didn't see it as it got buried by other posts?
Hopefully we will get an answer soon.
I am getting the 50 EUR voucher added automatically to my basket when I try to Pre-Order.
When I remove it to use jampoints instead I can briefly see a screen where I can add jampoints but that disappears and it goes back to the "voucher added" screen instead so there is no way I can even use Jampoints instead of the voucher and I have 195 to use up by 1st July!
At least I can use some of them on the tape collection by buying GCs to top up my existing GC and buy it through the Custom Shop.

You could ask them if you could exchange them for some of the others you don't have. Some people have reported that they were able to do that with some of the freebies they got.
Worked a treat for me and they replied quickly tonight! Thanks Grem 👍🏻

I found this video where they do a mix from start to finish using many of the tools in MPS 2.1 which is quite informative if you don't already use them (or even if you already do!).

Thoughts on Syntorial?
Asking the same thing...
I don't have it (yet) but Syntorial does look useful and there are also free add-on packs for a number of soft synths (e.g. Massive, Sylenth, Z3TA+ 2, Serum).
I like the look of the feature where a sound is "hidden" and you have to try and re-create it.

Same here. See the MODO drums thread. Bapu too.

I had the same email today Bapu. Mine also expire on 1st July and there are lots of them! That's why I am more focused on what MD has to offer 🤔

Hi Peter,
I am looking at the specs for MODO Drums and it says that 20Gb of hard drive space is needed.
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/mododrum/index.php?p=specs
I thought that one of the advantages of modeling is that you don't need lots of space to store samples (which is one of the reasons I like MODO Bass).
Is that information correct or is the space used to store something else?
Thanks

Are those packs official aas ones or 3rd party ?
Are they good ? Don t want to clutter my onstall with stuff i willl not use even if it s free ...lol almost
Hey Zo,
They are AAS packs.
I have been working my way through all of the new stuff and I'm about half way but so far it is all top quality. Some packs are more "effect" oriented than music but the number of packs covers so many options you could almost use just these packs to make an entire song. In fact that sounds like an interesting challenge which I might try.- 2

Once the order is placed, the redemption process takes you to AAS where everything happens from then on.
My AAS account was automatically updated to show the new items.
Yes that's also what happened for me. Not only a bargain but they made it easy to register and identify the new items!
The "Synth packs" are actually Strum Session 2 and Ultra Analogue Session 2 (which I already had from Sonar Platinum) and I just realised that I already had Pop Rocks. I'm sure those extra licenses will come in handy though. Great deal!

I was surprised to find that I don't have any of them so this must be the deal of the month for me!

Just going through the "best of" bank and it sounds tremendous-ly familiar. 😉Edit : have now been through most of the patches but expected more in some of the genres. Maybe they will release some more banks soon. Found one or two nice patches but couldn't help thinking that we've heard it all before. Some of what's on offer looks interesting and I will have to look into the performer module or whatever it's called. My cpu is Ivy Bridge so it's ok with AVX 1 but not AVX 2.
CPU load seems reasonable -haven't seen thread 1 go much above 4% yet.
